i loved my stay at south fleet i just wish we were able to get fresh towels while we were there and the washer and dryer is a little pricey to be washing and drying our towels but other then that i highly recommend

Checking in and check out are a hassle, when I realized it and tried to cancel, I was going to be fully charge. Be careful!!! Impossible to return the keys, office was closed and no one picks up the EMERGENCY number.

No check in at resort. I never received info on where and how to check in so when I contacted Expedia agent ace cooper he required me to cancel my 5nites while he searched for an alternative. Only good option he found was at Lodging’s which is at the airport and way overpriced. Ace indicated I had to cancel south Fleetwood to rebook and promised a refund which is now in question. Bait and switch? No one available all week at South Fleetwood and I never received instructions to check in downtown and was refused option of moving s Fleetwood Tuesday or Wednesday.

Great time at the South Fleetwood!! Good location, nice villa, nice pool. Kitchen if u wish to cook! Great neighbors too we all enjoyed our time.

Excellent property in great location, about a 2 minute walk from beach. Comfortable beds and pillows. On-property caretaker Alex is wonderful. It felt quiet and secure. Parts of house can run hot because of layout and A/C set-up, but I think that's pretty typical. I'd be happy to stay here again! A few details that might be helpful to others: The umbrella/chair situation is a little confusing. They provide them in the rooms (good quality) for you to carry to the beach. I thought from the description that there were chairs and umbrellas at the beach-- there are a few lounge chairs reserved that are permanently located at the back of the beach, but you would have to rent the umbrella. This is all fine, but was confusing to sort out at first. The check-in/out requires going by their office and physically picking up/returning the key-- just be aware that the office is near the airport, so it does require going across town from the beach, and you'll need to plan for that extra travel time back and forth on check-out day if you're trying to stay later in the day on the beach. If you plan to cook, my experience was that the kitchen was well-equipped, but anything at all you need to cook with-- salt, oil, anything-- you'll need to buy. There wasn't anything already stocked.

The location is excellent! A very short walk to the beach & about 5 minute walk to shopping & restaurants. Would stay here again.

Super cute and just the right size and amenities for a couple to enjoy a few nights. Nice to have the private pool and super nice to be able to walk 1 minute to Grace Bay Beach. Loved that it was gated. Excellent and highly recommended and this is coming from someone that hardly writes reviews!

The 3 born we stayed in was great with a beautiful deck. Very quiet and private.

Property is located in a nice gated complex. You have your own personal beach walkway..which only took 1-2 mins to get your feet in the sand! Our unit came with a cooler and even two beach chairs. We stayed at the sky villa unit, and we even had our own top deck for star gazing at night! Everything was within walking distance. Great place. Would definitely go back!

This location is ideal. We walked everywhere and enjoyed good food and fun on this beautiful island.

Great Property, can’t wait to comeback next year

This is a great place to stay. Considering the price and proximity to beach, it is a great choice.

There could be more lighting. It was very dark walking from the road to our unit. There also needs to be an easier and more efficient check out process such as leaving the key in the unit perhaps. It was inconvenient having to return the key to The Lodgings at 11:00 as we had a late afternoon flight.

Location was the best part of the property, close walk to Grace Bay beaches and shops and restaurants. Condo was clean, but missing a screen on one bedroom, door handle was broken so the only way to keep door closed was with the deadbolt lock. The pool area needed a bit of cleaning, tree needles and dirt on deck chair cushions. Internet worked well and rooftop deck was nice.

Location was unbeatable. Cozy place with a nice pool, but apartment is old with a cracked sink and windows that don't open. The gate for the car/scooter was not working when we stayed there, but overall, it was still a lovely place to stay for a few days.

We stayed in Suite 1 and it was perfect. We enjoyed the back deck/porch as well as the front porch. It was a cozy very comfortable place. We could easily walk for many restaurants and the beach was a quick 1 minute walk away. Excellent location. Everything was wonderful. Water pressure especially in kitchen was very weak.....but that was the only thing I can say negatively about the place. The girl that does housekeeping was a doll! Very, very pleasant experience.

Beach was easily accessible

This is a below the radar property there is no one in site. You check in/out at the Lodgings next to the airport . It’s very quite small property I had villa 7 on second floor with a rooftop vista. Property is surrounded by palms. 2 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes walk to Grace Bay dining area. Big kitchen too.

Great location. Property is a little tired. There are NO lounge chairs at the beach.

We loved our stay at the South Fleetwood property. The villa was quaint and had everything that we needed for the week. It was clean and pleasant around the whole complex. The villa is close to the beach and walkable to the strip with food & shopping. It was a great week and I can't wait to go back for another stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed South Fleetwood. The place is immaculate, and tucked away very private, and the people who work here marvelous the only issue we had was before we checked in we have to go pick up the keys at lodging near the airport, which was inconvenient and also we were confused that we may have to stay there, we did find out from the maintenance man that we do have a room here and from then on it was fabulous. The location is literally couple hundred feet from the beach. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella. All of the kitchen was fully stocked I’d love to come back , even though Providenciales is a bit pricey

Great clean cottage near beach. Beds and pillows were comfortable. A/C works well. Minor issues need to be fixed but overall 4/5 stars. Suggestions to owner: repaint with high gloss for easy dirt removal. Change outdated windows for kitchen and baths because bugs can still crawl thru the slits (no screens). Need kitchen sink strainer. Stovetop hood fan would be nice. Broken beach chairs and umbrellas need replacement

Such a lovely place and great location. 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to great restaurants and the main street of Grace Bay. Loved the place and would totally stay there again.

We had a group of 6 and this property was the perfect size for us! The dining table allowed us to sit down together for dinner after cooking in the kitchen. The living room had plenty of room for us to play games. We loved the covered deck- it was so nice to sit outside. The property is about a two minute walk to the beach, and it’s close enough to be able to run back to the house if we forgot anything. We were easily able to walk up and down the strip along Grace bay. There is a convenience store really close and a grocery store about a 15 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is not oceanfront, but beach is very close & it is ocean view. Nice place with everything needed to cook a meal. Very homey feel. Safe & convenient to lots of restaurants & shopping. We did rent a car because it was so hot out walking. Would definitely recommend, very friendly nice people at Lodging. Maid very nice & accommodating. You can’t go wrong here!

South Fleetwood was the perfect property for our group. Has all the amenities we needed, friendly staff and great outdoor space. Location Location Location 5 stars, we could walk anywhere we needed to go in the Grace Bay Area.

Jamal hotel service was terrible. He needs to be talked to. He was not welcoming or helpful. Changed prices on upgrade for us 4x. We even called orbitz because Jamal said he couldn’t upgrade, which was a lie according to orbitz. Our room never got clean. No one checked on us for fresh towels or soap. Nothing you’re basically on your own. Including taxis, no one knows where this place is!!!
