Great room, housekeeping, amenities, lobby, and service! Happy to return in the future!

Pool and Onsen was nice, we also had a nice bathtub in our room. Great location! The water dispenser on each floor was very convenient to fill up our drink bottle and kettle. We could hear the street noise from the 17th floor and our view was of the building opposite, the fridge was not cold at all.

Hotel experience overall was OK, but I got a very smelly room the first night. Smell was in fact unbearable. I only was changed to another room the next day and had to wait another 2 hours upon checking in the morning. This was very slow and cost me time and nerves. I did not receive an official apology from the hotel either. The room after was OK. Suggest checking the room upon arrival as some of them seem to have mould or aircon problem

This is not a good hotel, and very far from 5*. 1) from you report something broken to something happens - 1 hr. 2) the gym was dark and couldn’t find a switch. 4 people had to come by to be able to turn on the lights. 3) the rooftop “restaurant”/“bar” - no ac, no doors open,no air, had to order by app and then tell waiter we had ordered. ( also no fish in the aquarium) 4) because of the time it took to get ERRORS fixed we didn’t try room service 5) noisy, the sounds from the elevator, people not shutting their doors, people noisy in Their rooms - sound travels thru walls and doors 6) check in/check out super slow, not 5* service 7) aircon very noisy 8) only shampoo and no conditioner in the bathroom Staff is super friendly and really try their best, so this is more a structural problem. The rooms are big and shower and bath works, good water pressure.

Enjoyed our stay. Everything about this hotel was immaculate and the service from staff was amazing.

The overall property l, service, and staff were all top notch. My only complaint would be that the 4th floor restaurant was underwhelming, though I understand that they are opening an additional one on the ground floor I didn't get the chance to try it during my stay.

Hotel room itself was spacious and comfortable. Staff were always friendly. Gym and pool were also spacious and decently equipped for an inner city hotel. Restaurant was average, with no AC working and many food items not in stock. However, Check out was awful and unacceptable. Took 30 minutes to check-out, which included waiting in a long slow-moving line. Staff appeared to be very slow, showed little sense of urgency, and even asked everyone to wait in the lobby for 5-10 mins after checking out while your room was checked by staff. I have not encountered this request anywhere at any other hotel in any other country. I probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the check out experience. It should’ve taken no more than 1-2 mins to check out. I advise if staying here to check out with plenty of time, especially if you have a flight to catch.

Ac barely worked would not go below 25 degrees , wifi was spotty, room smelled bad.

Room service is only available until 10pm, check-out takes time, and the lobby is small even if I will wait.

Staff at I’M Hotel Makati were all wonderful! Rooms were modern and spacious. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

The staff are amazing. From the friendly doormen, the maid service, and every employee; all of whom will say hello and share a warm greeting.

My recent stay at I'M hotel in Makati was far from satisfactory. This establishment, located in the red light district, failed to live up to basic standards of comfort and convenience. Upon arrival, I encountered a disorganized lobby with insufficient staff to handle the check-in process efficiently. Despite there being five staff members present, only one or two seemed capable of managing guest arrivals, resulting in an excessively long wait of 45 minutes just to get checked in. The hotel's location proved to be highly inconvenient, situated in an area perpetually congested with traffic. Accessing the hotel by vehicle was a nightmare, with narrow lanes and constant gridlock making arrival and departure a frustrating experience. The atmosphere within and around the hotel was equally disconcerting. The presence of individuals engaged in illicit activities was palpable, contributing to an uncomfortable and unsafe environment for guests. This unsavory element, combined with the incessant noise from the street, detracted significantly from any semblance of relaxation or enjoyment. While the room itself was clean, it lacked the amenities and comfort expected from a hotel of this caliber. The overall experience left much to be desired, and I would caution against choosing I'M hotel for accommodation in Makati. In conclusion, my stay at I'M hotel was marred by inefficiency, inconvenience, and an unsettling atmosphere. I recommend exploring alternative options .

This was the first time staying at this hotel, I enjoyed the more modern atmosphere but the air conditioning in the room would turn off at the same time every night allowing the room temperature to rise to an uncomfortable temperature, trying to adjust the air conditioner wasn’t possible due to being locked with a password, the mini bar fridge didn’t keep drinks cold on it’s lowest setting, the front desk staff were very slow but always helpful when needed. For the price of the accommodation you would expect a slightly more attentive service and classier room

That AC needs to be fixed! ASAP!!

Rooms smelled terrible, switched to a new one, they sprayed air freshener from the elevator to the new room and when it wore off the same strong smell. They had to fix the air conditioning so it would work. Went for breakfast, poor service and expensive, out of food and a lot of people were coming in to eat. I won’t stay there ever again!!!!
