Very friendly staff, helpful will all my requests. Room was really small (and I got a corner room!), fancy beds that lift up to create a bit more space but fill up the entire room when fully horizontal. There’s no tea kettle (or space for) and the fridge you can get is a tiny makeup fridge.
Gym is small but functional 👍

For a couple the room is too small. Basic things such as a proper fixed shower head or a desk would help make the stay more pleasant. The lobby does not even have proper comfortable chairs . Staff on the other hand is very pleasant and accommodating. For one night it was fine.

The room was very small. There really isn’t much space to put toiletries. They do have an ironing board so I pulled that out to put things on. See through shower is ok but see through glass toilet. Not very private. If you don’t know who you’re traveling with very well, you will by the end of your stay lol. We made the best of it and had a great time the three days we stayed. It would be harder to stay a week in such cramped quarters.
The hotel is centrally, located close to everything. For the price it was good. The rooftop restaurant is really nice and has a great view. Staff is helpful and friendly

There was absolutely no sound proofing between rooms. Hard to sleep when you can hear all your neighbours and hall traffic. If you want to cram 40 rooms per floor….. at least make them private. 😑

The staff at the front desk (aka “Mission Control”, I kid you not) are extraordinary: friendly, responsive, just a joy to work with. One exception we encountered was a woman on her shift at 9pm on a Friday night; just awful; argumentative, nasty attitude, angry look on her face throughout (we found out the next morning that others have given management the same input).
The shower seemed to have been designed wrong; water seeped out of the door and onto the floor; a front desk guy said he had gotten lots of comments about that issue.
Overall, staff care, place is clean throughout, great location to walk to shops, restaurants, glorious waterfront.

It was a pleasant stay, but have never stayed in a hotel, like this where the bed goes up and no place to sit and very small. We had to change rooms because bed didn’t work and other room had no table for cpap machine but security and front desk friendly and helped us with our needs.

Wow! what can I say, I have spent 5 days at Yotel and would return for sure. The room was great and centrally located to what I was looking for. But to be honest, the best part was the service. A super huge call out to Manny who made me feel like a guest in his home. Manny went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make me feel special and welcome here. If it were not for him the experience would have been different. I hope that the next time I come to Boston and stay at Yotel Manny is there once again to greet me.

The hotel was clean and was in a wonderful area. I almost think it should be promoted ‘for those under 30’. I’m sure it’s a brand thing, the rooms were small with space saving and ‘green’ items like not much lighting in the main room, bed that converts from a couch to bed(can’t get around the room well except when couch) folding chair for sitting, no room for luggage, just to name a few. Don’t think we fit the clientele they’re looking for, rude restaurant host and couldn’t get service in the roof top restaurant, ended up leaving. Maid service never made it to our room. Desk personnel were helpful. Will not use that franchise again, but I’m sure it’s ‘just the thing’ for the hip crowd.

The location was good. Check in was smooth. Room was very small and felt like a hospital or nursing home. Poor and uncomfortable lighting in room. Only curtain between room and bathroom, offering no privacy. Not able to call human for services question.

The room is small, which we expected, but is very thoughtfully designed with storage built into varying nooks that help make the most use of the space you do have. The location is wonderful as it is a quiet area but near a great brewery and food options, and easily walkable to downtown and other area attractions.

After reading reviews I was concerned about comfort since the rooms are small. But the bed was comfortable, it was very clean and in great shape. Didn’t love the curtain for a bathroom door but it was fine.

This place was awesome. The location was great. The place was super clean and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I also grabbed drinks and a snack at the bar and that was a good experience as well. I will definitely come again.

The design in room is excellent. Only shower room is a bit slippery and air con is a bit noisy. Hotel is in a very gd and convenient location. Subway Courthouse to airport is right nxt to hotel. Take 20-25 mins only. Definitely stay again if having chance in the future. Supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants are everywhere.

When checking in, I was 45 minutes early (2:15 as opposed to 3:00). The self check in computer wanted to charge me $116.93 to check in early; ( I had already paid my bill when making the reset) “otherwise come back at 3:00”.
I went to the desk and they checked me in without a fee.
Otherwise the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms were small but very well designed.

The sheet had blood spot and hairs stick in it. Air condition was very noisy. No pool. No place to sit in lobby only 2 chairs. We choose a priledhe room with water view but water can only be seen between buildings a little bit. There was nothing like priviledge in that room. No coffee available on the room or on the floor like in Washington yotel. Not comparable with the Washington yotel.

Overall the hotel was very nice and modern, staffs wonderful, the delivery robot was super cool. But with that being said the beds mattress's were like sleeping on a 1985 college futon. I had a queen and a bunk and both mattress’s were horrible.

Accused of smoking in room, and that was a lie. They have sensors in the rooms, it went off two days in a row and correlated to the exact times I used the toilet and had diarrhea. Embarrassing but it’s the truth, the smell was bad and I can only guess traces of marijuana in my body from an edible gummy still in my system from day before arriving to the hotel. Management and security trained to only trust the device, would not go ti room to search and inspect as we demanded requested as soon as it happened. Which on the Freshair website of the sensor company defines as a guideline protocol to avoid conflicts. Thought in the end a final discussion with director of security Shawn had gained some trust and logic, he said he would call me before they would charge the fees to my account after they conducted thorough investigation. They charged my account the next day no phone call. Luckily I use Amex card and they willl fight on my behalf. The manager Brandon is programmed to nod his head and that’s it. STAY AWAY. There was a case of this happening in SoHo NY with high end hotel as well, reported by ABC News Different hotel but, to show it can happen.

The staff was very nice. The room is very very small clean . When I checked into the room I was charged $50 for early check-in, I got stuck in the shower. They were really accommodating our room, but it took like three or four times because they locked us out of the room. Didn’t really enjoy the hidden fees on arrival. They charge me $100 per day plus service fee so When I checked out, I thought it was gonna get all my deposit money back but instead I end up getting back only $80 Please be aware of their hidden fees overall All Stay was really nice. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again. I don’t like being surprised. Please update info for Info for guest so they’ll be aware of all this. Situation before booking. I give this Experience Three stars.

The location is perfect for what I wanted to do in Boston. One thing I dislike is having the bath towels in the toilet area. And not having an overhead light.
