Gorgeous, spacious clean room. The bathroom was amazing too. Massive walk in shower. Will 100% stay there again!

We were made welcome on our arrival and after giving some details we checked in and were shown to our room.
The room was facing the road, was clean, nicely prepared with fluffy towels and toiletries, and a menu for the restaurant. There was tea making facilities supplied.
Later on we went back downstairs to have dinner, without needing to book a table or time, and we were seated at a table in the bar as the restaurant was being prepared for next day's breakfast.
We ordered drinks and main courses and didn't wait long at all before being served with our meals. The food was nicely presented and delicious! We also had desserts which were equally good.

Comfy bed, blackout blinds. Bath and shower in clean well equipped bathroom. Bar and restaurant offered good food in cosy atmosphere. Excellent breakfast served fresh and hot at our table.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the restaurant was excellent all the staff were super friendly and made us so well come even the cleaners were so nice to engage with . Lovely hotel with lovely staff 5 out of 5 for me

Nice place overall. Handy for a trip to the theatre, which is 10 mins walk away. Main problem in my eyes was the fact that we became aware during our stay that there was a sizable leak , either from above or outside. It did rain quite heavily whilst we were staying. It didn't affect us particularly but it may become a serious issue if not investigated.

Hotel was perfectly situated for Venue Cymru, easy to walk to the venue. Nice, quiet accommodation.

Our holiday in the hotel was very good and it was very clean and the staff were friendly and the breakfast and we had lunch and a evening meal which was all very good.

My husband and I were meeting a couple of friends here for a get together. We had stayed in J W Lees hotel previously so
anticipated it would be good.
The entrance through the dining area was very attractive and welcoming.
The staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay.
Our room was very spacious with plenty of hanging space.
The bathroom was larger than average and the toiletries were good.
We loved the water in glass bottles too.
Very comfortable bed and lovely amd and clean.

The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. Thank you Josh for help us out. The room is clean and we particularly appreciate wooden floor. The food are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay. This hotel really left us a very warming feeling and happy memory from Wales. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit.

The Links is in the perfect location for Conwy and Llandudno. Wonderful hosts welcomed us and breakfasts were prepared fresh daily. Our room had a shower and a bath tub which was wonderful! A wonderful stay!

We have stayed here previously however last night we could not gain access to the hotel as our key wouldn’t work. We called the number on the door and they said we had no booking despite our property being in the room! They then decided to turn the phone off which resulted in us having to sleep in our car! When we did finally gain access this morning they said they were sorry and wouldn’t charge us for the room! That was the very least I was expecting! They admitted they made a mistake however told us to take the refund up with hotels.com. Absolutely shocking treatment

Great nights sleep in a comfy bed and a really tasty breakfast. Room in need of a bit of updating with the window frames rotten and paintwork needs another coat. Would stay again but would be interested if all the rooms are like the one we had.
