Great hotel , best we have stayed in Lllandudno . Would definitely recommend and are planning our next trip

This hotel is very good value for money the staff were some of the best I have come across nothing was too much trouble had too order evening meals before 3 30 but that wasn't any problem the food was excellent and great value for money would go back just for the food. We had a great seaview the room was a little small and only a double bed but it had everything we needed would definitely go back.

We really enjoyed the week at the Winchmore Hotel and would recommend to others.

We all really enjoyed ourselves at the Winchmore, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great, evening meals plenty to choose from and reasonably priced, staff were all excellent and even the other customers were great fun. We would definitely book again.

Our stay was perfect! No trouble getting a parking space easy access to the building, to the lift which was great for my mum as she can’t do stairs that well.we had a Sea view room very clean beds were really comfortable had tea coffee facilities tv 2 x tub chairs and table nice to relax looking out over promenade.bathroom was very clean had no issues at all. Overall hotel was lovely. Had a lovely warm welcoming feel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great selection from cereal fruit yogurt toast full English. We had a three course evening meal hats off to the chiefs the food was Delicious! Would highly recommend and look forward to returning again

The room was great. Just the mattress on the bed was solid and very uncomfortble. Apart from that it was spot on.

A great short stay, lovely staff. Car parking isnt guaranteed so it was a shame that we had to waste a bit of time finding a space.

Recently decorated ground floors, good breakfast for the price, and very helpful staff. Parking at rear first come, first served, & with good access to hotel. Only 1 main in evening meal menu if vegetarian though.

Great location. Good value deal with breakfast included and free parking. Nice welcome from Rob on reception when we arrived. Plentiful breakfast served by the charming Chloe.

All services were as expected or better. Staff were particularly helpful. Upper floor room was well maintained but somewhat cramped and seaview, sadly, limited.

The hotel itself was lovely but I wouldn’t recommend staying in the annexe. It was like staying in a garage in the car park. Didn’t feel very private and was cold. Location of the hotel was great and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

A very nice three star hotel ,warm ,good location with a very friendly reception from the desk Would recommend staying,breakfast of a very good standard.

The hotel was excellent. However there was a smell in the bathroom which i told reception about at the end of our stay.

The hotel is in a very central position - minutes from shops and Venue Cymru. Room and en suite were a good size. Staff were all friendly and helpful. A little suggestion for an improvement would be to have a full length mirror in the rooms.

Our stay was faultless. It was convenient for shops and Theatre. Breakfast was very good as were all the staff. We will come again.

Fantastic 3rd visit to llandudno with simple great hotel accommodation. We will be returning next spring for another 3 or 4 days stay.

The hotel is clean, comfortably and close to the shops and restaurants. If eating in restaurant in evening then choices need to be given to reception desk by 3.30pm and meal eaten between 5.30-6.30. Staff are helpful, many guests were returning.

Welcoming staff, food lovely and hot. Rooms are big and clean

A lovely one night stay with me daughter. Clean hotel with great service. Only downside was that we couldn't figure out how to turn down the radiators so the room was sweltering, and reception was closed when we got back and realised. Great to have free parking, and breakfast was nice.

Very friendly staff from reception, bar staff and restaurant Would recommend evening meal although I did think it was a bit early 3.30pm to let them know if it is required It was also a bit early to eat at 5.30-6pm
