Great stay! We got a king room “leisure” and it was gigantic! Couch, love seat desk and chair. Plenty of room also love the mini fridge and microwave!

We had a great stay! When we got there, the room they had put us in was 96°—hotter than outside! They were very easy to accommodate getting us to another room, which was fantastic! The beds were extremely comfortable and the facility was very clean. The pool was great, but the hot tub bubbles don’t come on. The toaster down at breakfast was not working and didn’t even have handles, I heard many people complaining at breakfast about it. And our TV in our room was very dim and had two lines across the top like it had been broken, which wasn’t a huge deal either, but would be nice if it was fixed.

Great location in South Padre. 5 min walk to beach. Property even rents out umbrella & chairs. Good breakfast & plenty of parking. Pool is very nice & rooms are clean & comfy. Nice non-smoking property. We’ll be back.

Our room looked great but we had a few issues. It smelled horrible- like a sewer. The shower water was cold and we called them to fix it- which they did. The refrigerator was so cold it froze my liquids.

The beach access is about a 5 - 7 min walk from hotel, not bad. Bring a wagon to haul your beach items. Pool at hotel is open till 11 pm. Grill outside for guest use. Breakfast is from 7:30 - 9:30 AM. Front desk and staff are nice. Only one eleveator worked while we stayed, but not a major issue. Over all a great stay.

The hotel is okay. Not horrible but not the best either. Our room was not the cleanest it could have been. The carpet in our room was dirty from day one and they never vacuumed it during our stay. The sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable, and there is an odd smell to the building, but mostly the lobby and hallways. There is only one working elevator in the hotel, which made breakfast time challenging and the washing machine available for customers was not working. Other than that we did enjoy the convenient parking and convenient location of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and there was a good variety to choose from for breakfast.

Hotel was 3 minutes away from Beach! Excellent Staff, Rooms are very clean, AC wonderful, Great customer service and stayed 4 nights room service was offered daily. Breakfast not too much variety but okay. I fell down on my first night, tub very slippery. I had to put towel to prevent this again. Door restroom did not lock. Little fridge in my room worked but made a lot of noise. Overall we Enjoyed stay, the pool. The only thing we would change is the pillows my family could not stand the backache and feeling not rested. Everything else was Great. My room had an Ocean view so that was nice.

We did not have running water our first day of stay and were provided with very limited information about the situation. After checking in we immediately headed to the beach, then had no water to even rinse off with. Water came back on around 3AM.
Breakfast was good, but the refill on the food was slow leaving many without food to eat. The eating area was kept clean.

This property was above my expectations. I liked the pool, our room, and the distance to the beach.

The hotel itself was great. Clean. Beds comfy. And the hotel was conveniently located for all the things I wanted to do. Breakfast was decent, but go before 8am. My only conplaint, which is a big one, although they have security onsite, I still had issues with kids running around and didn’t get much sleep 2 out of my 3 night stay. They pranked knocked on my door very late waking me up. I also got calls at 245am for no reason. It also seemed if the people above me never slept and constantly walked back and forth. Maybe these are easy fixes.

The stay was quite amazing as is typically the case. The only challenge we had was that our room was not cleaned one day. This made it especially challenging for a family of six. It was especially frustrating when the lady at the front counter stated that our room would be taken care of and she even wrote it down on her pad. Disappointed.

The most annoying thing was that when we arrived only one elevator was working and it took forever just to be able to go up to room and vice/versa. In the morning it was a cluster with the cleaning crews also just being able to use that one elevator making it difficult for everyone.
