Nice stay! Wish room had a microwave

The room size was great. Strange AC arrangement so bed area freezing in order to get the other front area cool. Bathroom clean but shelf by TV was in was SOOO sticky . Yuck!!!;

The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean, and temperature is nice and cool with a fresh fragrance when you walk in. All staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was quick and easy. These were the issues we had: -Our room had a fride, but no microwave. We were able to use the microwave in the lobby. -The indoor pool was FREEZING. We were not able to use it. It was a main reason we choose this hotel. -Showerhead was broken. No tub. - room clock and room phone were broken. I prefer to use a clock rather than my phone at night. - We got in touch with staff about all the issues in the room and they did move us to another room in order to fix these issues in this room. A refund ir discount would have to go through the 3rd party website we used to book. They were very kind and responsive. -beds are comfortable and everything worked in new room. - 2.5 miles from an airport. We had NO IDEA! Planes didnt start until middle of the night. VERY loud! - AC unit started loudly all night and would wake us every time as well. Electrical unit blew at one point. - AC stopped working about 5am and got to 80 degrees in (the new) room. -breakfast was really good. A lot of variety, freshly cooked, appropriate portions so there wouldnt be a lot of waste at clean up. - breakfast ends early at 9am, but late check out at 12pm.

Only had one elevator working and worked at a slow pace. Pool water wasnt well upkept

The food was not as good as it could have been. The people were very friendly and nice.

Good service, clean, pet friendly, good food no issues.

We call staff and they say they will come to the room, they never came or call, the carpet stink and look extremely durty, dogs walking up and down, is like is a dog hotel, and smell like it, not a good or healthy place to stay, shame on you

The king-size bed hotel rooms have a great room layout with a sitting area, desk, and separate sink and bathroom areas. The hotel is becoming dated, and the free breakfast is just okay. Overall, great value.

It was a great stay, everything was smooth from check in to check out. Elevators need to be fixed, pool had a weird smell and needed treatment, but everything else was pretty good and clean!
