Clean bed sheets and towels

This property was appalling and I am surprised booking.com even advertise it. We have contacted customer services about all of the issues with the hope it gets removed. We stayed here for 2 nights to watch the rugby. On the first night we contacted the host (who is not the owner) as the tv was not working, there was no hot water and most of all, no fire detection system in place. There was one smoke alarm in the property which did not work. The property has been reported to South Wales Fire and Rescue. We did seek new accommodation but for 9 people this was limited and the prices were sky high for the last minute bookings due to the rugby. The host came around the next day to help with the TV. Aside from the lack of safety, the property is not clean at all. All the mugs, glasses and crockery were not clean and there was old food in the cupboards. In the “garden”, there was a huge pile of rubbish which would be a rats paradise. Bins were full on the front of the property too. Old, questionable electrics throughout the property and shoddy fixtures and fittings. For £1600 for two nights, the owner should be able to afford curtains which fit the windows and a new curtain rail. This property is not cared for and you can see this from the sheer laziness with the decoration. My favourite was the patchwork wall paper. Filth everywhere. The house had not been cleaned at all. To heat the house there are a number of dust-filled electric heaters. Boiler in a locked cupboard, smashed front door, breeze incoming from windows, old water bottle on windowsill, rusty bin in bathroom, DIRTY plungers , chewing gum on the ceiling. I could go on. I wish I could upload more photos to show just how disgusting this property is.
