Location was great, large spacious house, parking. Very clean.

Spacious well appointed rooms. Lovely views, felt relaxing to live in.

We had the code for the key box and it was easy to get in.

The rooms were even bigger than I anticipated from the pictures. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes walk into town. And not that it was needed, but there's a TV in basically every room.

The only minor issue we had is the driveway is a bit small and in a curved shape, so pulling the car in and out of it took a bit of getting used to. That and it took us a while to figure out the WiFi password included a capital i not a small L (I vs l looks basically identical). As I say, incredibly minor issues.

Only one small niggle but would not stop us going back. Shame only one bathroom as was between 4 people. Would take out the Japanese bath and put a shower in their but as I said only a small niggle. Great place to stay

Excellent location for easy access to Aberystwyth and its Hinterland. A short walk to all places of interest. A Lovely, Comfortable, well maintained house, with 4 large bedrooms and ample kitchen equipment.

Only 1 shower for 4 bedrooms, but we managed without too much fuss.

Great location, just outside of the centre. Within walking distance of the promenade and driving distance of many wonderful attractions e.g. devils bridge, bwlch nant yr arian (red kite feeding). Beautiful decorated house with character and a large drive for multiple cars to park. The owner was helpful and responded to any queries quickly.
