Nothing really, on the net, aided by a host of fake reviews you'd think it must be amazing it was the opposite Let's start with this. 1. This hotel will not answer the phone or call you back 2. They will just send an auto responce to your WhatsApp message nothing after that. 3. We reached after a five hour drive from Madina to find all roads to the hotel are closed. We called the hotel continously for 3 hours no responce we messaged via Booking.com, no response, We look for a number to call booking.com the website says they are always available we look up the local contact number for booking.com KSA and call and what we got was an auto message that shocked us, mesaage said, "you have reached booking.com, this is a number to test inward telephoney, you will now be disconnected", shocking 4. Reached finally around midnight, staff ignored our complaint, too tired to argue 5. Booking was inclusive of breakfast asked timing and was told, breakfast was from 6.30pm to 10 pm another shock asked who has breakfast at night was asked when did u make your booking this is Ramadan and break fast is at sunset phew that is iftar not breakfast was told at iftar what u do u break your fast so itz breakfast wow. 6. Run down shabby interiors, lobby smelled like someone had a attack of dierreah or drains are blocked made us want to throw up. 7. Second night we had some food we brought that was cold so asked for it to be heated they refused said not allowed. Am running from reception to coffee shop I can see the microwave but they won't let me use it or heat the food for me, spoke to the manager he also said not allowed. How can a hotel, that too a stones throw away from Islam's holiest place manned by Muslims be so heartless and callous to a fellow muslim request to heat some food. Unacceptable The to top it all a lady calls at. 11.30pm asking for feedback on the stays so far, I had to bite my lip to stop myself from blowing up. I wouxl request...

- Personnel de la salle du petit déjeuner un peu froid - Isolation de la porte de la chambre un peu faible, les bruits du couloirs parviennent facilement mais pas celui des chambres adjacentes - Pas de vrai réfrigérateur, uniquement une sorte de frigo qui ne refroidit pas mais garde uniquement la fraicheur - Les horaires du petit déjeuner (7h-10h) peu adaptés au rythme d'un pèlerin qui passe sa nuit en prière

I like the location , the hotel is clean the staff are good and highly trained

I didn’t like the bed covers . I think the hotel can do better with duvet covers that are larger and more comfortable

V pleasant, super clean, convenient, comfortable, good location , super comfy beds v clean room and v nice bathroom , plenty of elevators, prayer area for men and women woman at 2nd floor v convenient , plenty of public transport , taxis and vans to get to places and airport at the front of hotel entrance, convenience stores and shopping at the same road next to the hotel , v reasonable price Overall great experience , friendly helpful staff sure in future looking forward to stay again with family

Mr. Mohammed Al Utayb was kind enough to give a room facing Haram and also give two hours extra for checkout. Room was very good with all facilities and near to Haram.

No response, cleaning or replacing necessities in the room unless demanded.

Walking distance from Haram Sharif. Breakfast was good.

My actual booking fee for three nights 1020 SARs. But I have to pay extra 180 SARs altogether 1200 SARs. I showed my booking.com app confirmation message to the receptionist, but he argued for 1200 SARs and I paid that.

Very convenient. It had everything I may need. Very clean. Helpful staff. Good variety of breakfast. Walking distance to Haram. Comfie bed. 7 lifts… all excellent.

Would be nice if they had a better cafe rather than the modest one. Also no proper coffee at breakfast or in the rooms; only tea. Would be good if they had shuttle transfer to Haram, as the road although short but quite hilly. Would be difficult in hot weather (it was ok for me coz it’s January)

المكان جميل ونظيف وموظفين الاستقبال في قمة التواضع والرقي الله يوفقهم.

فيه حاجة بسيطة وهي الي بيروح للحرم او بيجي في طلعة يتضرر منها كبار السن بعد الفندق يفضل تكون في وسيلة نقل من والى الحرم وشكرا.

لايوجد نظافة ، بلاعة الدوش شبه لاتعمل ، سخان المياه يصدر صوتا مزعجا جداً ولم يتم صيانته طول فترة الاقامة، ارضية الغرفة قديمة جداً وغير نظيفة الفطور عادي جدا،

The staff at the reception were nice.

The rooms were average and not worth the rate. The distance from Masjid Al Haram is more than mentioned on website. It was more hard due to sloppy demography and bridges. Not recommended for families with elderly and kids.

والله العظيم المكان نظظظيف مريح هادىء ومحترمين من حارس الأمن بالخارج لين الاستقبال .. والحمدلله قريب من الحرم كثير عجبني وبنعتمده ان شاء الله . طبعاً المواقف مقابل مبلغ مادي 90 لكن مو خساره ع هذا القرب وأمان سيارتك تكون معاك .تشكرووون
