Very enjoyable evening in a classy hotel. I had the single room and it came with its own balcony and sea view! very pleasant surprise.

Lovely hotel. Really helpful and friendly staff. Nice spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very good restaurant, and a very good breakfast with plenty of variety and choice. Very convenient for shops, railway station and bus stops. Right on promenade , and very good leisure facilities.

The receptionist was very helpful on our arrival. The room was too warm with no air condtioning. The window only opens a bit which I understand. But not a good nights sleep because of this. The dining area and breakfast were very good.

We had an amazing stay at the Imperial, which was a belated celebration for my 50th Birthday. We found a parking space on the hotel car park, received a lovely warm & friendly welcome upon our arrival by Receptionists Charlotte & Olivia & upon check-in they advised our room was ready early & we'd been given a surprise upgrade to a seaview suite. When we entered the suite we were taken aback by how stunning it was & on the table was a birthday card & voucher for us to each have a complimentary glass of prosecco during our stay, which we enjoyed with our lunch in the Terrace. Our table looked out to sea & we were well looked after during our meal by a lovely friendly & attentive waitress whose name I didn't get. Food was delicious & we felt very relaxed. Our bathroom was huge & it was good to have a bubble bath with nice toiletries after an afternoon out in the sun. We enjoyed the pianist & atmosphere in the bar whilst having a glass of wine before going out for the evening, we enjoyed a nightcap when we got back & saw toothpaste had even been kindly left in our room for us after I mentioned we forgot ours. We had a good night sleep, a nice sauna/swim in the Mint Condition Spa in the morning followed by a hearty breakfast where we were again given a nice table in the Terrace by a waiter who ensured we were well looked after. The hotel's attention to detail is amazing & the attentiveness, efficiency & friendliness of all the staff was wonderful & they made our stay very special.

Excellent stay, spacious and spotless rooms. Amazing views from the front facing rooms. The bed was comfy.
Breakfast had a great choice and you can have sea views from the restaurant.
Staff was quite attentive and helpful throughout.
Loved the pool and jacuzzi! Opening hours are quite wide which was really appreciated.
It was a bit above our usual price range but for a special occasion, it really was worth the money.

Extremely friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.
However the dressing table mirror was badly placed, when sitting I could not see myself. It was too high. If I stood to look into it it made my head look like a sausage. We had a good laugh. Would happily return for another visit

An absolute gem of a hotel: great staff, rooms, cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, bar; incredibly well-located for public transport and fantastic restaurants. Llandudno boasts all the facilities towns once used have: shops, public transport, library, well-maintained gardens.

Outstanding weekend. We stayed the Friday, walked up Snowdon the Saturday and then stayed the Saturday. The room was lovely, the breakfast was delicious and the service was second to none. Lovely location on the waterfront. We also went up in the tram to the Great Orme. What an absolutely beautiful place with superb views.

Very very impressed with our stay in this hotel, which looks to have recently had refurbishment in the public areas. Reception staff were extremely friendly and attentive and the breakfast service was to the highest standard, particularly Michelle and her colleagues. Breakfast itself consisted of very high quality product and you can also enjoy the sea view!

Old but elegant hotel, without being stuffy. Wonderful seaside views. Good breakfast and very good traditional dinner food. Best selections are basic fare done extremely well. Nice music in the bar, both harp and piano. Very pleasant and helpful staff across the board. Rooms vary in size and views. Worth it to upgrade if you want a better space.
