Ferraria XVI FLH Hotel is excellent! We truly enjoyed our stay there. Their customer service is outstanding, especially Fernando! He is extremely responsive, very positive and accommodating. He provided us with great restaurant recommendations and sightseeing tips. We had a minor issue in our bathroom, called the front desk and he said that he will be in our room in 2 minutes. We expected to see him in about 20-30 minutes, which is unfortunately standard for other hotels… But he showed up within 2-3 minutes and was able to help us immediately! The breakfast buffet is great! Food is fresh and delicious. They also serve coffee 24/7 and there is daily cake time at 5pm. Additionally, there is a coffee maker in your room. The rooms are comfortable with separate shower space and simple modern design. The hotel is very conveniently located with most of the historic buildings and monuments within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping around. We used Uber a lot and all drivers were able to find the hotel quickly and the wait time was only 3-5 minutes. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again!

Service was great, really appreciated the hotel holding our bags during our transfer to Porto. Location was close to lots of restaurants. Room was great however the AC did not keep the room cool. Breakfast was very good.

The staff was INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful - made our stay a joy! Lovely breakfast buffet as well.

The property is in a great location. It's close to many restaurants and shops and is in a very walkable area of the city. The next street over is a pedestrian street, but it was never noisy due to the soundproof windows in our room. It was very safe as you had to enter with your key from the street entrance. The room was nicely decorated and furnished and it had the most powerful rainfall shower of any hotel I have ever stayed at. The included breakfast was a typical buffet breakfast, but the food was always replenished and the breakfast area was very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

I traveled solo and really enjoyed my stay at this property. I felt very safe in the area and in the hotel. Loved that there was breakfast available each morning. They were also able to coordinate a taxi ride from the airport upon my arrival but Uber is also very convenient and I ended up using that majority of my stay. Would stay here again!

Breakfast at the basement was subpar. All black decor in the bathroom was not appealing. It is in a very good location, but pricy for the condition of rooms.

All the important places to visit are easy to go walking. Transportation available too

Everyone was friendly, the location was very central to everything and the breakfast a perfect way to start the day.

The staff were excellent . Nothing was too much for them especially Fernando. Location was perfect, equable walkable to walk tourist attraction spots . So many lovely restaurants nearby. The only thing we would have loved is more options for breakfast .

Had a great 3 night break in the heart of Lisbon. Hotel was boutique styled and very comfortable and clean. Particularly liked the size and amenity of the bathroom. The location was perfect and the staff were very helpful.

Lovely hotel with superb services. Love the lounge where one can enjoy coffee, tea and some pastries. Only thing, the room lightings are not friendly for doing make-up.

Hotel staff are amazing. Thiago( spelling mind be wrong) is amazing. He answered any question we had, give a some great tips Also other staff were great. They oranized taxi upon our arrival and for departure. Hotel is clean, rooms little small , clena, breakfast was great. Locatin is perfect walkable to metro, train station and other major attractions in Lisbon. we have a nice tay and would stay again.

The hotel was in a really convenient location, close to all the main attractions as well as to all forms public transport. The metro station was only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. Really go out of there way to make sure you are comfortable. Loved the little note and chocolates in the room, the breakfast was really good and we really enjoyed 5 o’clock cake time (the mini pastel de natas were delicious). Thank you for making our stay feel like home!
