Right next to the airport - clean - comfy - greeted with kindness - everything you need

Great staff. Great location. Clean and had everything I needed. Internet issues / tv entire stay. Staff moved me to see if that would help w Service. Bad internet and tv reception in and out no matter where I was. Front desk worked hard to compensate.

The hotel is a grwat get away. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The entire building had internet issues which only worked in the restaurant. BUT the restaurant staff was grqcious to let me use its wifi even though its not associated with the hotel.

Good place close to airport. Good grab and go coffee. Restaurant looked good although I didn’t use it. Nice fitness. Helpful reception staff and good shuttle.

Staff was incredibly awesome. I was only there for a quick flight layover and was exhausted after already being up for 34 hours traveling it was convenient that there is a restaurant and also a small snack beverage store available. I also loved the availability of soap and shampoo and the shower because it save me from unpacking it from my luggage. Clean spacious bed was so comfortable and I loved the darkening shades. I had an amazing night sleep woke up refreshed, and I love to grabbing an iced coffee and a pastry downstairs before the airport shuttle took me to the airport. This would definitely be my hotel of choice passing through Chicago

The stay overall was good. Was able to check-in a lot earlier than given time. Just sucks that when I booked the hotel, it advertised as “breakfast included with stay” but it was actually for the other hotel that was joined under this management. When booking they should not have mentioned that with Holiday Inn. Instead just mentioned it with their other hotel that was also on the property. Another issue I had was when the shuttle was coming to pick us up from the airport. Before we arrive, we got an email stating where to go. We followed the prompts and arrived to terminal 2E where it stated. We waited 1-2 hours for the shuttle, where pick up zone was but the driver did not stop for us for pick up. Called the front desk & asked why their driver is not stopping. The lady over the phone was telling us that we are in the wrong location. Driver only picks up at Terminal 2E “LL” lower level. Nowhere on the email or phone prompt does it state to wait on the lower level at O’Hare airport! We finally got picked up after calling and confirming correct location of pick up. Holiday Inn, please update your email and phone prompt of correct location of pick up so it doesn’t confuse your future guest! This was the only real issue that bothered me the most about my stay.

Staff was great. I booked on hotels.com. Got to the property and they didn't have any available rooms. Issue is with 3rd party apps not checking before booking. They were able to shuffle me into a room. Hotel was great.

Staff was rude about not being able to find my reservation in their system o showed him my hotel .com confirmation email and he even found a print out of my reservation but because it wasn’t in the system he didn’t want to check me in. Then another staff member told him to register me and to honor my reservation. I reserved a king and he kept insisting I reserved a what was available room which was not true my reservation shows king size bed. After about 30 min of back and for the with this gentleman o was finally given the room I reserved and paid for

Desktop could have been wiped cleaner. No bag in trash can. Rug could have been vacuumed better. Still waiting on my 50 dollar deposit for ‘incidentals’ to release. I had very short stay and NO incidentals. Restaurant attached to property is independent and no charges incurred. Paid outright at restaurant. A bit noisy, other guests slammed their doors a few times.

I arrived around 11:00 PM for a QUICK stayover, selected the hotel becuase they offer free shuttle to/from airport. Checked in and was told that there was only one shuttle each half hour and it had only 8 seats. There was NO shuttle available between 4:00 and 6:00 AM. In other words, they will take 8 people per half hour to the airport, you cannot schedule your shuttle when you book your reservation and if there is no seat, then its about a $15 taxi/uber/lyft to the airport. I ordered an Uber in the morning and then the (very friendly helpful shuttle driver) offered me a spot, because there were THREE EMPTY seats on the shuttle. I didn't feel it was OK to cancel the Uber driver. So, take the "free" shuttle with a HUGE grain of salt.

The stay was average… it looks like they’ve recently renovated which didn’t look like they had the best craftsman. There was still blue painters tape stuck on different things in the room. They epoxy coated the tub missing the spot around the drain. I had to call twice about the tv not working. They sent someone to fix it after we left, when we got back to the room and tried watching tv it blanked out on us again. They also charged us to park at the hotel overnight which I found kind of crazy. I’ve never had that before.

I’ll start by saying the sheets and pillows are fabulous. They gave Keurig coffee pods but no shampoo , cream rinse, or lotion . There is no safe ! The carpet is very very stained and there was a stream Of debris by the bathroom door that was pointed out to the front desk and after the room was cleaned they still missed the debris .

Got in at 1am people were friendly. No complaints

As with everything, unless you're really lucky, you get what you pay for. Simply put this hotel was good value for money. One simple phone call and the shuttle bus was on its way. Ten minute drive and you're at the hotel. Reception staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. You tell them what time you want the should back to the airport and you're set. The room was spacious and clean with a large walk in shower in the bathroom. Plenty of amenities for use in the bathroom, and good water pressure in the shower. The need was really comfortable with soft pillows but I'm sure had I needed them, pillows with more support would have been available. (Check in advance if that's what you need) Dined in the hotel dining room and the food was really tasty. Perhaps a little pricier than say Portillos outside, but saved the hassle of going there. Bear in mind this is Chicago and an airport hotel so good prices can be slightly higher. That said, the burger I had was SO yummy. Breakfast was simple yet more than ample. You order at the table rather than buffet service and it's brought to you while it's still hot. (Big plus) Check out was so easy too and the shuttle had everyone back at the airport in quick time. I would stay here again.

Rooms and beds were comfortable, but the hallways and other guests were extremely noisy. Note that accessible does not mean walk-in shower; our accessible room had wider doorways and bars in the bathtub/shower. A long walk to the elevators. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Would have appreciated room service, especially with a restaurant onsite.

The hotel was clean, the room was very nice. The courtains did not block all exterior lights. One thing must be updated: Hotel's app instructions for pick up at Chicago airport should indicate door 2ELL. I spent more than 45 minutes waiting for the shuttle at door 2E and it was until I phoned the hotel I was given the right instruction.

Doesnt have veg options in restaurant hand to travel out. Cab shuttle from ariport is not helpful. Waited for ver long time with no help from customer care even after calling number of times.

This hotel was nice and clean and check in was quick and easy. Other than the parking fee (which seems to be the case for most hotels in Chicago area) and additional fully refundable $50 deposit I had to pay even though my room was pre-paid, it was a pleasant and peaceful stay. There are no microwaves in the rooms but there is one for use in the lobby if needed. It is within walking distance to some really great food places and a 7 min walk to the coliseum if you are there for an event. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Other than some hair in the tub that we had to clean out, it was a great stay. I would come here again, especially since Portillo's restaurant is literally a walk across the parking lot!

I always stay here when overnighting near O’Hare. Safe, reliable.

Easy to get to Chicago airport but van that shuttle us was very dirty inside food all over floor seats all stained hotel very nice clean tho

We only stayed one night for a flight. The hotel was clean; however, the girl who checked us in provided no information about the hotel. Not even where the elevators were located. The restaurant was food was awful and overpriced. The staff in the restaurant was very nice.

Okay for an overnight

Room was looking elegant, quite comfortable beds, pleasantly clean, has everything what you need during short stay,except that lotion had been missed. Overall I had a good experience
