It was very clean and honestly the shower pressure was absolutely amazing that if there was any negative part of the stay, i have no recollection of it because all i can remember was how good the showers were and how comfy the bed is.

The microwave in the bathroom threw me off at first but we didn’t use it so we didn’t pay attention to it. Also the TV wouldn’t let us watch anything at all so i had to reset it and sign into my roku account and then sign back out before leaving.

Just a short drive out of the city it was a very quiet place and really clean And really nice security guards at the gate

The TV was not connected to the Internet, and the bed was a little squeaky

The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The gate guard was professional and welcoming. We could watch some Olympic trial events in the evenings, so thank you for the TV subscriptions.

The coffee pot did not work. I sent an email, but it was not fixed. There were two of us there for 3days/2 nights. We were tubing and hiking and it was a hot weekend. So we ended up taking multiple showers. We only had three towels and three wash clothes. When I emailed to ask for more, I was told no. As there were two of us there, a second chair would have been nice. There wasn’t a way to speak with anyone directly about questions or needs while in the property. We couldn’t get instructions on how to access the pickleball courts and pool. The neighboring properties’ AC units were loud when they kicked on, so sitting on the back porch wasn’t relaxing.

Didn't get golf discount. Very disappointing

It was quiet.

Lack of temperature controls. Cleanliness was not where it should have been. We had issues with Gate security.

The code is way to long hoping there’s a key the have instead or short code for the door

It was neat place.

No where to adjust AC unit was hot. Needed a deep clean dog hair left in pillows

Cute studio in gated Innsbruck, close to the main strip, though not really walking distance. Quiet first night, second night a bit noisy until 1230am with neighbors having a blast on their deck.

Combo kitchenette/Bathroom was abnormal to me.
