We like and enjoyed our stay at the CozyVilla hotel.. we like how clean it is. And has complete amenities.

Im not a fan of pullout bed..

I like how it’s self check in. As an introvert, it really helps to just let us check in independently, no more waiting ‘n talking it was just smooth. The room was organized and clean, smells good too. There were no cockroaches (some units i booked have). Wifi was fast too, has netflix and disney+! The induction cooker was super cute too, really want to know where they bought it hehe it was sooo easy to use. They also got the basics such as toiletries, loved the shampoo tho haha

I think there should be a small electric fan since you can’t barely feel the cold when you are sleeping. The aircon was directed in kitchen area, it was more colder there.

Due to hot temperatures of the weather the dining and living area was very hot. The air conditioning in the 2 rooms is not enough to cool down the dining and living area. The ceiling fan produced hot air. There should be an air conditioning unit in the dining and living area.

What I like in our booked hotel is that, the kitchen inside the condo was spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and clean as well. The internet connection was fast and steady.

What I didn't like was that there was no cabinet for our clothes/things. We have booked in holidays so the entry to the hotel was in busiest hours. The location is far from the highway so having a vehicle would be nice for easy access.

They’ve missed to provide bathroom mat inside the bathroom

The owners were confusing to talk to. Initially, I requested a room upgrade and was willing to pay for it. The guy confirmed on the phone that the City View room is available, so I asked how much I would add for the upgrade? He said there was no additional charge, and we'll have the room. During check-in, the guard wouldn't let us in because we weren't provided with an authorization letter. Called the owner, and she said the city view room was already given to another customer. She will give the garden view room instead. Only to find out the customer had already checked in in the garden view room and requested to be transferred to the city view room. 🙄 I was a little disappointed because i was expecting to stay in the city view room, but the lady just gave it to someone who decided to transfer. I didn't know why they did this even though I told them I was willing to pay for the upgraded room. Anyways, the ac in the room given to us had holes, and ants came inside the room cause maybe they smelled our food. It was kinda stressful because eventually mosquitoes also entered, and I had insect bites. I hope they fix it.
