The location was great. Parking worked well.

We were not sent an access code to get in. (they blamed an automation error) It took us the better part of an hour to get entry with them repeatedly saying use the door code which they then admitted they had not sent us. We had to get booking dot com to intervene. Inside there was a broken glass in the cupboard we used inadvertently. We were promised a replacement but this didn’t arrive until later than promised. Finally the hairdryer was unsafe and blew the fuses in the apartment. The only apology was “we will make sure this doesn’t happen to future guests” - no solace at all for us on the receiving end of a catalogue of problems. Avoid the place.

It was a very clean, spacious apartment within walking distance to Beale street. Large bedrooms with comfy beds. Great to have parking facilities.

Perfect location, only 6 min walk to Beale Street and 5 min walk to the the river front Spacious and stylishly decorated apartment, well equipped with good appliances

Door code front door was not working, entrance through the back door that was wide open day and night Air-conditioning could be loud

Location, size and cleanliness

Great location on Main Street, all the interesting areas in walking distance. Beautiful design of the apartment, with great eye for detail. The beds were magnificent.

The only minor detail was the noise of the a/c and that the bedrooms were a bit hard to cool. On Saturday night the street side is noisy, but we didn’t mind. The apartment in general was noisy as well, but never till late at night.

location was near all downtown things to do. comfortable beds and apartment layout!

the booking process was tedious, with messages of needing payment after my credit card had been charged! Redundant messages later on, and receiving an incorrect door code, so had to call to get into our apartment. Not a big problem, but annoying!
