We really enjoyed this nice location and home. It was cozy and perfect for our family. The owner was very nice and communicated well with us. We would definitely stay here again!

In town for our nieces graduation and this house was perfect for what the four of us needed. Convenient to the university and close to other areas for dining and activities.

Everything was beyond expectation. Our host, Clark, was extremely helpful prior to, during and following our visit. The home was very well appointed, clean and beautifully cared for. The location suited us to the tee. Mature neighborhood with all adjacent properties well maintained. This was our first VRBO and we were understandably anxious. Clark went above and beyond to alleviate all of our worries. If ever in Tulsa my wife and I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book this one again.

Our trip was crazy, but spending our trip in this sweet little home was just what we needed. The bed.. I didnt want to leave the bed. I even ordered their exact sheets and pillows as soon I got home. Great hosts, beautiful home, perfect location. We'll definitely stay here again!!

Very convenient to the Expo Center. Very clean, even though small, there is plenty of space. It felt like home. Would rebook this house easily. Hosts returned inquiries promptly. Great home.

I was in Tulsa for an extended work stay. Staying in this lovely, quaint home was a blessing. It was cozy and comfortable and had all the amenities a hotel room doesnt have. It was a quiet neighborhood and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again should my travels bring me back!

We absolutely loved this adorable home!! All hardwood floors, super clean and so inviting. We only wished our stay would have been longer so we could enjoy it for longer. We have never had a better experience than this one. I credit Clark and his wife for that. They checked on us to make sure everything was to our liking and when I let them know that we loved their home and how much character and charm it had, he sent us some old photos of how the home looked years ago. We absolutely loved hearing some of the history of the home. The home has been beautifully kept and it was the cleanest home we have stayed in since we started using VRBO. The bathroom even has heating you can turn on when showering. We absolutely loved that! The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need and the fenced in back yard was perfect for our dogs. The neighborhood was so peaceful. Also being able to walk the dogs in such a nice neighborhood was really great for us. We were so close to everything, so it was super convenient as well. The king size bed was so comfortable, that we slept so well we never wanted to get up. We wish we didn’t have to leave so soon, however we informed Clark and his wife we hope to return in the future to stay longer and enjoy their home as well as Tulsa. ☺️ We hope all is well with you both and thanks again Clark and Margaret!!

Nice, clean property. Some delay in receiving check-in instructions until less than an hour before arrival. After check-in, manager appeared available.

My brother and I stayed here during the annual Chili Bowl at the fairgrounds, which is walking distance to the house. Has a nice old fashioned charm with modern amenities where they're needed, place was very clean, and all appliances worked fine during our stay. Property owner was easily accessible had we needed anything, but as it turned out, we had no issues. If you're looking for a place close to the fairgrounds and looking to avoid a hotel stay, this is an excellent option.

This lovely house rental exceeded all of our expectations of renting a VRBO! The house was absolutely gorgeous! The owners, Clark & Margaret, were so attentive from the beginning to the end of our stay. They are very warm and compassionate people. This is probably the cutest home I’ve ever stayed in. You walk in and you feel like you’ve walked i to a TV set. It was comfortable and the heater WORKS haha. It’s super close to Cherry Street and all that has to offer. The area, much like the house, is well loved vintage and I loved it. Would stay there again.

We were mainly out during our stay but the house was very charming, beds comfortable, etc, we come to Tulsa first time using a VRBO instead of a hotel, may consider it again! Great host!

Cozy house with a lot of character and live plants. Landscaping was beautiful outside. Beds very comfy.

Property was as described and photos were accurate. Location was great for access to the Expo grounds. Quiet neighborhood and lovely landscaping and gardens. We were able to run back and forth for lunch, laundry, naps, etc. Clark was very responsive when small problems arose.
