Closeness to nice restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle staff located my missing neck pillow before I left. Liked that they offered shuttle service to nearby places. We did walk home afterward as we saw the neighborhood was save in daylight.

Parking with the new keycard system doesn't work. It was difficult and took several trips to the desk to straighten it out. I was warned before I came it had problems.

Location was nice

Price changed over $200 once we arrived. Added taxes and fee’s.

The location, there was a restaurant on-site, the room amenities.

The pool was suppose to be 84°. However it felt like 70°. I was suppose to arrive in 7/21. Due to the airline southwest no fault of mine my bill have a no show for the 7/21. However I was in communication with Jake from the front desk for transparency.

The room entry way was draining water. The bathroom sink was clogged. We reported the concern; however, the issues were not resolved. The next day we were moved to another room and the phone didn’t work. We used the phone in the hall and was reprimanded by staff. I later called them from my cell phone and they sent someone to fix the phone. We requested for the towels in our room to be replaced and they brought some towels and left the old towels on the floor. We will definitely not be returning.

The valet guys were so nice and brought anything we needed in our car, to our room! Best valet service ever!!

No hot tub outside or included breakfast with a pricy stay.

Clean room, great water pressure, shampoo and conditioner had a great smell. Easy walk to BOK Center.

Phone and hand out had separate number for restaurant and room service. Tried to call room service number got the restaurant which did not do roomservice. So ate at the daily grill, restaurant in hotel. Do not eat at the daily grill. Bad service, food was barely edible, way too expensive for what you get.

The check in staff did not give us the. ode to our parking and we were late to concert due to trying to get this fixed. also had to walk to hotel in the FREEZING temps after concert due to shuttle picking others up and not who called them for pick up.

We only had a coffee a breakfast sandwich in the coffee shop and it was great

Everything was fine

I had to go inside and find valet. The room was extremely small. Stain on bed linen. Hole in bathroom wall not fixed. Overall pictures on internet did not represent this room at all and for the cost, this room was not worth it. I checked out, received a refund, and went to a different Hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me.
