Lawns and recycling rubbish out the back

Just the lawns wasn’t cut and a little recycling rubbish out the back other than that fantastic very good choice of stay

Almost everything about the apartment - spacious and good interior. The host was friendly and helpful too :)

The beds were so comfy and we were really happy with how the house was set up and the space in the house. My daughter especially loved the ring light mirrors. It was a lovely stay thankyou

The house was nice. good for a group the house was spacious and location is good

The parking is very tight as it is down a shared lane. The walls and skirting boards need a good wipe. recycling bins were not emptied from previous guests. please read hosts non refundable terms and conditions as we wanted to change the dates due to some of our group getting covid days before we were to stay, host did not allow it. please take pictures/notes and contact host if you spot any damage’s as host accused us of breaking the towel rail in ensuite bathroom which we did not damage.

The host was excellent when I had a glitch with booking.com and couldn’t retrieve the checking in info the host was readily on the ph for that and the wifi query which made everything stress free and even had what to be careful of such as children around the street

Great comfortable family home for 2 family's with babies. Very spacious and clean. Great location. Highly recommend 👌

Lawns needed mowing

Tidy, roomy.

Had a plumbing problem but the host got it fixed within a few hours, so good service.

House is new and nicely decorated. Clean and showers are strong. Spacious and well equipped kitchen. Convenient location as 3 minutes drive to Countdown and restaurants.

The property is spacy and everything is very clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Internet is fast enough. Netflix is available.

It would be much more appreciated if there was a normal frying pan and a towel rail in the toilet.

Nice modern home

Needed a good clean, especially the toilet, all kitchen drawers and cupboard handles and living room windows. Also the lawn had not been mown for a longtime so it was not very pleasant to sit outside

The entire place was fabulous. Very close to all amenities, very clean, very spacious, excellent kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, beds, linen, everything was fantastic. For the short drive out of town (depending on your reasons of course in Hamilton) it is well worth the drive. Very peaceful even though in a cul-de-sac, we didn't even know we had neighbours. Can not fault anything about this property - book it they are awesome!! Supermarket just up the road, liquor stores, restaurants they have it all on their very close doorstep.

Nothing - everything was top notch. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone in the Hamilton area. We had family in Hospital and it was still suitably close for us especially considering what the property provides.

Nice & Big, Easy to find, Close to shops, So clean and easier access to go to Auckland.
