Great stay!! From booking to departure great experience… host was super attentive gave us all the info we needed before we arrived, kept in contact during our stay and after.
House was clean and comfortable and big enough to host our whole party of practically 8 adults!! Kitchen was well equipped though for our needs plenty of cups plates and cutlery.
Parking was fine, it’s a busy road(parking wise) but we always got a space so no issues.
Overall a great base for our busy few days.. no complaints at all!!

easy access and simple check in, good location for Stoke and Alton towers - busy main road but property easy to park with permits. For what we paid it was not bad at all.
beds uncomfortable and road noise loud. Property is not well maintained if it has been recently renovated. The beds advertised were not as they appeared at the property, so some of us had to sleep in lounge which was fine but was expecting to see the beds set us as advertised on the booking form

Location of the property was ideal, as very close to the main town, and not too far from Alton Towers. Bedrooms was well presented and clean. Would happily stay there again.

Booked as a stayover to go to Alton Towers, so got in late and left by 10. It has small shops in the area to get essentials and plenty of takeaways around.
upstairs beds are very comfortable and plenty of towels are available. Hosts are quick to respond to calls and messages.
The downstairs bed could really use a topper if not new mattresses, but to be fair to the host, when I mentioned this after leaving, they were apologetic and quick to agree that this was something they would look at.

Rooms were very hot, a fan in the bedrooms would’ve been good!
We arrived at 10.30pm, and although parking permits are provided, there was nowhere on the street to park.

Lovely to have teabags, coffee and milk on arrival...nice to be able to have a cup of tea without having to go and get supplies. Property lovely and clean and had everything we needed. great location for a visit to nearby Alton Towers and easy to find. nice big TV and comfy lounge for all the family!
Was unable to recycle as no recycling bins and rubbish didn't seem to have been emptied for a long time. And main road was a bit noisy but obviously not the owners fault and didn't disturb too much

We were a little nervous upon arrival as had not received any check-in information. Due to later check-in, no car spaces available nearby. Would ensure arrival before end of working day.

Great communication from owner. Very Clean and upstairs beds comfortable. Great to have smart TV. Good value for money. Close to places to eat and shops.
Down stairs bed - needs a new mattress. Upstairs bedroom doors did not shut.

Exceptionally clean and lots of space within the property. Cooking facilities were eccelent, but there are a lot of good local takeaways that deliver.

Liked the property and the big bedrooms, we had a problem with the kitchen sink leaking and it was sorted very quickly. The kitchen was well equipped
Bathroom was very cold despite having a radiator. Maybe blinds at the window to make it warmer
