There was no elevator and we had to carry luggage all the way up

They never cleaned the room but I knew going in that they didn’t do that often. It was a nice room for a good price and very conveniently located within walking distance to most things

Nice comfortable bed, working air conditioning, and good water pressure in the shower. The room was clean and very good for the price. The hotel is located about a twenty minute walk from the central square, and you need to pay a deposit of 500 pesos.

The place was nice and clean. The service was excellent and the front desk people very friendly, helpful, and informative to guide where to go or do.

It’s was comfortable but I had to pay for an additional roll of toilet paper and we were there multiple days but housekeeping did not come to clean the room.

It was extremely easy, I think it took less than 3 mins, within 2 mins I had my key, couple questions and I was walking towards my room. Love it

What I like about this place is the price. I constantly have to
tavel in too town for buisness and for the price you can't go wrong. Is it a five star hotel no but for what I need a room for Suites Reforma by Homirent does the job and that is sleep.

Super basic motel also rented to long term leases. Room had absolute minimum supplies and cleaning. Given room next to noisy entry area in a huge motel build with many open rooms. Staff was somewhat helpful depending on who you asked. Parking is on an available basis only and closes the metal gate before 9pm to additional cars. Very basic motel.

Very noisy, dogs barking all night. Next to hotel is the bull fighting arena.
Only one courtesy cleaning the room. If u used the one courtesy, next one $200 pesos every day charging ($13 us) average experience. Not so well to recommend to stay in this hotel suite.

We stayed for several nights. Our room seemed to have been renovated in the last few years and was in good condition. We especially enjoyed the mini-fridge and microwave. Our beds were clean and comfortable. Shower was spacious although bathroom was small. A/C worked great. Front desk were hospitable and responsive. Great for the price.

Staff were very helpful. The hotel is in walkable distance to downtown. Nice neighborhood. The only thing i did not like is the bathroom which was leaking and no fix was done even after i told them about it.

As a balance between price and what you get, it's fine. Cleaning won't go on every day if it's just to relax a bit and continue exploring Merida; it's totally worth it.
The guys from the front desk were really nice and considerate when it came to mobility and recommendations.

It was ok but beds a little too small. However overall it was fair.

Comfy hotel, great wifi and air con, helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious. The microwave, coffee machine, iron and fridge were all great extra amenities. Near main bus stops and on bus route from the airport. Big desk with sockets was great as needed to use it for work. Lovely comfy bed. My only issue was that the windows do not close properly and thus street noise can enter. Used earplugs to counter it.

The 500 peso deposit is fine, but the 24 minutes waiting to get the deposit back is not fine. When we are ready to check out we want to leave.
