Oven filthy.
Food smells from kitchen cuboards/oven obnoxious. (Had to buy candle to burn).
No bathmats.
Bathrooms mouldy, particularly around bath/shower.

Excellent location for cardiff city centre, quiet location, secure car park, big 3 bedroom flat with good facilities
On arrival at the car park was put off with all of the rubbish and litter everywhere, tv in flat unwatchable as it had no ariel reception
