The property was accurately described and exactly what we wanted. The house is very spacious and our party of 14 had ample room to spread out. The bedrooms are large with more closet space than anyone would ever need. Great amenities, beautiful views and very clean. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it. Also, the host is fantastic to work with!

There was AMPLE room for 14 people to sleep, spread out, come together, and sit down for meals. Two family areas allowed for the kids to have their space downstairs and the adults to have space upstairs, but we were all able to enjoy time together in either space. The kitchen is enormous and we had 2-3 people cooking simultaneously without issue. Lots of kitchen cabinet and pantry room as well as dishes and utensils. A close 20 minute trip to all the things we wanted to see and do in CO Springs. Highly recommend for your large group!

This property was accurately described and we got what we expected. The home was spacious enough for our party of 7+1, and that was without using one BR and only one bed in the bunk room. Also large enough for a small gathering with some local friends. The only unknowns before arrival were the location and conditions of the 3 bathrooms (no pictures), but they were located where we predicted (one en suite, one main level, one lower level). The owner responded quickly to all communications.

This house is spacious with plenty of room for everyone to have some space! House was clean, well-stocked and has plenty of parking. The property manager, Jake was especially helpful and responsive. The only drawback is the checkout time is early (10AM) and a later checkout was not possible.

This house has beautiful views and is super quiet. It is tucked back from the street with a long driveway allowing for all my family members to park easily. We used all the rooms and the jacuzzi was the BEST!!!
Great Host that checked on me while we were there.
We used it for my son's college graduation and it was a perfect location in COS and it was so relaxing for the family.
