Clean hotel, near the beach , friendly staff , breakfast ok. they help to book motorbike . cleaning service very good.

False advertisement: We booked a large room with a view. (The booking confirmation says "view"), but there was no window. They asked us to pay extra if we wanted a medium size room with a window. Otherwise, they offered us a tiny tiny room . This was their mistake, and they didn't seem to care. No hot water: It somewhat rained for 2 days, and they didn't want to switch on the electric water heaters, as they usually rely on solar. So we had 20% hot water one day, and 10% on another (ie: only cold water). The third day was good hot water. Noisy staff outside room: Two of the mornings, we were woken up by staff talking and fussing. This was right outside our door and shower early in the morning.

We had expected buffet breakfast, which was not the case. It was a fixed (one food and one drink), which is too little. The hotel should think of extending the breakfast also because there are no nearby restaurants where one can have additional food / breakfast.

The staff are very helpful, smiling and professional. The only issue is the language. Majority of them hardly understood English, which is a big constraint. They try very hard to communicate and seeing the difficulties they are undergoing, you give up.

Beach is only 50m far. The hotel is nice and cozy. Staffs are very friendly and useful. We are 6 members in a family (include kids) and all feel satisfied with service here. People who like exciting activities could find this place a little quiet, but we prefer this peace ambient.

The rooms I chose are underground, I could be more happy if I know about this detail before booking. Anyway the rooms are clean and have good facilities.

Wonderful service, very friendly staff with price very reasonable. Only pay about 25usd including breakfast. Room was clean with amenities. Hotel also close with beach and big swimming in areas. Will come back.

Everything good

Hotel is near the sea, only 50 steps walk. The sea is very beautiful. From the airport to the hotel only 12 minutes by taxi. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the interior and sanitary equipment is equivalent to a 4-5 star hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has all-day dining, delicious food and reasonable prices. There are 3 large outdoor swimming pools, nice and clean swimming pool. Next to it is the 5-star Intercontinental hotel, the 6-star Regent hotel and the Sailing club restaurant. Sunset on the sea is very amazing. We will be back to Anna Beach PQ as soon as possible.

Perfect stay. Staff is very proffesional and attentive. Rooms are clean and very well equiped. Probably the best swimming pool we have ever seen. Good breakfast. You can rent a bike nearby. As I said, all in all, it was a perfect stay.

Room is small but cozy. Friendly & supportive staff. Surrounding is quite, clean, amazing for running or jogging. It's connected to Intercon, Regence & Sailing club so that I can also enjoy the luxury environment.
