We loved the Patagonia Queen! The staff was both friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to be helpful. The location was great -- about half a block off of main street, so not too loud, but close enough to walk to everything. And a nice, unique property with its wood floors and cozy bar and breakfast areas.

The staff were excellent especially Raphael who couldn't do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Hotel is beautiful lots of lovely wood. It has a games room and small gym. Breakfast very good with plenty of fruit which we found rare in other places we stayed.

absolutely everything! this is a lovely boutique style hotel, full of beautiful, wood and stone, and absolutely wonderful customer service. The location is great, very close to everything and yet in a quiet spot.

Rafael and his team were so welcoming. They looked after us very well. The hotel is super clean and muy tranquilo. I would absolutely recommend it.

The owner is very friendly and him and his staff go above and beyond to make their guests happy. For our lactose intolerance for example they arranged a replacement for every single item at the breakfast buffet that had lactose in it. Moreover, the room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the communal spaces in the hotel as well.

Very cosy and clean hotel. Felt like staying at a friend’s home. All the staffs are efficient and friendly. Location is perfect especially if you don’t have a car. We will definitely come back when we visit again.

This hotel was fantastic! Pablo was so accommodating, the whole place is spotless and has so many great touches (heated floors in the bathroom and lock pads on all the doors so you don't need a key!), breakfast was fantastic, and location was perfect (just off the main drag so it's close to everything but quiet at night... and next to an amazing bakery!). Can't recommend enough!

Excellent attention to detail. The joinery throughout the building was astonishing.

The room was very clean and quiet. The floors in the bathroom were heated which was a lovely surprise. We chose to stay here based on great reviews and because it was on the list of pick-up locations for our tour. It’s also walking distance to the main road with lots of shopping and food options. However, what really sets it apart is the staff. Every step of the way they were overly accommodating. From storing our luggage, to providing us with recommendations and even helping us order a pizza for delivery after a long day hiking, they made our stay very comfortable.

The room got warm and was difficult to cool down. Other than that our stay was enjoyable.
