Property was nice. Lock did not work with code or key. Light bulbs need to be replaced in several rooms. 1 coffee maker should be tossed. It doesn’t work well.

The room was bright and clean

The door didn’t lock and we didn’t find out until we tried to lock it the next morning. The dead bolt was never “locked” so anyone could open it from the outside. If we had known when we got there we never would have spent the first night. Their 24 hour service didn’t respond for over an hour. We had plans to meet our daughter for breakfast and had to cancel. When we finally did get in touch with someone, we had tried all their suggestions except opening the lock box. Upon opening the lock box and getting keys out, even those didn’t lock the door. We felt extremely unsafe. We took all of our belongings, left the keys on the table and left. We asked for a refund for at least the 2nd night that we were NOT going to stay for safety concerns. Haven’t heard from them since.

It was like sleeping on the road. Its door didn't cover noise at all. The worst house that I've ever stayed

It was located in a perfect spot for walking the old town area of Flagstaff and to the city park for the Market Day. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen area was perfect for a couple nights.

The noise of traffic-the building had two sets of windows on each widow opening but the studio is located close to a busy street and located on a corner so when there was a really loud car or truck you could hear it inside the studio. My wife and I are heavy sleepers so it did not bug us.
