We thoroughly enjoyed our VRBO experience. Excellent communication and response to any questions. Great location to restaurants and grocery store. We would recommend this property to our extended family visiting Indianapolis.

Great house and great location near everything! It snowed and the gas logs made it so cozy - just needed a Christmas tree lol. Didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor firepit or grill but it looked so cool. A couple of things would have added to convenience - a Keurig and a stovetop griddle for making pancakes. Would stay here again!!!

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. looks small from the outside, but spacious and plenty of room on the inside. Spotlessly clean, nicely updated. Heating responded quickly to adjustments, beds incredibly comfortable. Kitchen well-equipped. Easy check in, very responsive property manager. Excellent location - near great shops/restaurants in Broad Ripple neighborhood.

It was a great experience…The host was always in contact with me which made me feel comfortable choosing this home. The location was good for us because it was close to our family but anything you might need was close by. It was a quiet, charming neighborhood and we would stay there again!

We came In town for Phish at Deer Creek. This property was perfect for the three couples with ample space, bathrooms and a beautiful back yard.

CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. FLOORS ARE A BIT SQUEAKY BUT VERY QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD.

I stayed here with my parents and grandparents for a wedding and the property was beautiful and just enough space for all of us. The host was very friendly and stayed in touch.

We've stayed at a number of properties and cleanliness is the most important thing to us. All 8 of us commented on the cleanliness of the cottage thus the 5 star rating. A couple of nits to be aware of, none of which particularly bothered us but might others: if you go anytime soon, there is a major construction project going on in the street. We never saw much less heard any work crews so no delays getting in or out. Also, although we had plenty of room for the 8 of us, conversations can be heard throughout the house. Not a lot of soundproofing between rooms and floors. Again, not a problem for us, just something we all noted. The bedding was comfortable and the location perfect to the wedding venue we were there to attend. Andy easy access into and out of downtown. My guess is someone bothered by the couple of things I mentioned would still give this property no less than 4 stars.

Nicely appointed home for multiple groups of people. The grill was brand new and very nice. Would stay again when in Indy.

We had to find a place to gather as quickly as a family to honor and oversee services for the passing of a family member. The cottage was perfect for our needs. The host was outstanding with communication throughout the process. The property perfectly accommodated 6 of us with room for more if needed. Well located for all of our obligations we were fortunate to find such a nice place to stay. I highly recommend. Although our stay was for a somber occasion, this venue is ideal for family reunions and celebrations. They have a lovely back yard which we did not use but would be great in the late Spring through Fall. To summarize, I highly recommend

Great place, great location. Easy access to downtown, Broad Ripple and northern areas of Indy. Good communication and easy check in process. Beds were great and house is great for hanging out with friends and family. Highly recommend.

We were lucky enough to spend our Christmas at this beautiful home on the north side of Indy. The home is as advertised and was very comfortable. We will be back!

I will start out with the best part and go from there…our flight home was canceled due to weather and the owner allowed us to stay a extra night! We arrived late and the house was freezing cold and the thermostat would not remain at 72 it kept turning itself back down to 64-68 the windows are drafty so throughout the home it is cold around all the windows. The floors are squeaky if you are sleeping no one else in the house can move or do anything or everyone will wake up! I have never herd floors squeak so loud in my life! If you have children plz do not even attempt to stay here because all of the linens and bedding are white so if you get even the slightest bit of dirt on the linens the owner/manager will complain about it…..my wife accidentally got makeup on a towel and she acted like it was a huge deal! Also she complained because we left crumbs and a string on the table when we left so make sure you clean up perfectly before leaving! To top it all off I am actually appalled by this…..a day after returning home the owner/manager messages me and says we broke a chair she said the chair was not moved and it looked like the picture she sent me which was a lie I could tell from the pictures that the chair had been moved and broke by the cleaning people and it looked to be slammed on the floor (probably moved to clean under/vacuum under) either way the chair wasn’t broke when we left but rather than using the damage deposit that was already held on my card she took $642 off my card for damages and we didn’t authorize her to do this so we reported them to Vrbo and we are considering contacting the police. This was the absolute worst service and most rude disrespectful person/company we have ever stayed with and we will NEVER go back we recommend no one else stays here!!!!!

My family shared the cottage while attending a wedding in Indy. It was a lovely hone in a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and room for everyone to spread out. Easy communication with the host. Any questions answered promptly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again when in the area.

Beautiful modern home in a quiet neighborhood. We needed a place to stay while a family member was at St Vincent’s. This home is a short drive. Great location. We enjoyed the layout of the home, the kitchen was well stocked, the TVs are smart TVs so that made it easy to find our favorite shows. We really enjoyed the fire pit. The home has a lot of beautiful original features like the hardwood floors and dining room nook. Lots of parking was a plus. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Great property with all the amenities a group could ask for…wish we had more time to tap into all that is offered at this property. Cheers!!
