房间和卫生间都很宽敞，窗外还有一个大平台；地理位置也很优越。

酒店需要改进的地方很多：1、卫生间的设计很怪——在很宽敞的卫生间里隔出来一个很窄的淋浴间，而且干湿不完全分开；2、卫生不好：圆凳上有水果残渣、床头有明显的灰尘、地板上也不干净。3、阳台上的躺椅中间结合处在下雨时存留雨水，躺椅设计就不好。4、整个房间只有卫生间有一个垃圾桶，在茶台吃个水果必须去卫生间仍果皮。而且卫生间的垃圾桶脚踩盖子也打不开，必须用手去抬起来。5、Wi-Fi的链接方式过于复杂耗时。6、3楼一段走廊黑黑的，需要走入黑暗中数米感应灯才亮起来。7、我是3月1号入住的339，入住后需要自己去柜子里取被子铺床上，更搞怪的是其中一床被子明显潮湿。8、卫生间里没有任何杯子，刷牙漱口需要用茶台上的咖啡杯。9、可能是我运气差，在3月1日晚上21:30左右要洗浴，发现冷热水都停了（过了不久供水回复）……算了，还有一些不好的地方，懒得说了

No tenían los precios por ningún lado de la habitación sobre el mini bar, al no tener la lista de precios pues cogí agua y demás pensando que eran de cortesía como en otros hoteles, cuando entregué las llaves de la habitación me comunican que tengo que abonar lo que consumí, le comenté que no había ningún listado con los precios…. Me gustó mucho las habitaciones las cuales eran bastante amplias, así como el desayuno tipo buffet pues tenía bastante variedad y el personal siempre estaba atento.

Lo que menos me gustó, por decir algo, aunque no tiene tanta importancia fue que no hubiera pasta de dientes o crema en los baños, así como que no sé repusiera el jabón de la ducha.

Friendly staff. Clean room and beautiful hotel. Nice pool area with great cocktails at the pool bar. The beach is a short 10 min walk away. Loro park is also very close. Fantastic balcony.

One thing only: beds are two separate put together and they go apart very easily, which is annoying since it happens during the night.

All the meals were great, and the location was not too far from the city center. And the room was comfortable.

Very clean room and facilities. Comfortable bed with 2 big pillows. Air-conditioning is working fine and keeps the room nice (it was +32 outside). The 2 pools on the roof seem quite small and not very deep. But it's for relax mostly I guess. Staff in resrurant very nice and the chef that made the live cooking for dinner explained all you needed to know about the food, very friendly! My room had a small balcony with views over a worn down old parking garage, maybe not the most spectacular view, but I didn't spend time on the balcony anyway. Shower in the room was ok with hot water, but the flat floor made the water poor out onto the bathroom floor. I can see how some might find the bathroom set-up a bit to little privacy(glass windows and door so you can see inside from the hall of the room) but for me as a single traveler, no problem. Food was definitely ok for the price range and at dinner had plenty of choice from hot plates to cold meats and cheese etc. Breakfast had a little less choice but your standard english/American choices and fruits. Juice machine better than average. I would definitely return because of the room and kind staff!

As a 4-star hotel, the pool towels should be included in the room without having to pay any deposit. Positive on that being that you can change as many times as you wish (Maybe not very eco-friendly) and that you can also return it in reception if the pool area is closed when you want to return towels before check out. Could have been nice with an area to hang out, maybe with some pool table or other games. There is very little to do for children inside the hotel but I guess it might not be their target audience.

Location is great, hotel is new and quite well maintained. Cleaning is ok as well

Be ready that in the bathroom you will only have one bottle of hair and body wash. No separate shampoo, no conditioner, no body lotion…. first time I’ve ever seen that in 4 star hotel. Breakfast is ok, you won’t be hungry, but product quality could be better. When we asked for the wine glasses or any bigger glasses, we got plastic ones which was weird.

The cleanliness and spacious rooms. The cocktails were lovely!

Limited options of food for people who don’t eat meat or for those like myself who don’t eat red meat. Most of the time there was No labelling either so was difficult.

The room is big, and the terrace is as well. The bathroom was spacious too.

The AC could not be turned off and it faced the bed. It got chilly at night. The terrace light did not have any switch - we could not use it. The beds move and you can fall in between.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location.

Breakfast a little basic. Produce seemed cheap for a 4star hotel. No fresh juice and awful coffee and juice machines from typical 3star hotel. Bath very small not as in picture. Not keen on clear doors for the toilet.

Upgrade to a huge room (227) with open bathroom. Rooftop pool and bar are the highlight. 1-3min walk to all things. Clean. Bright. Modern. Fast Wifi. Big breakfast selection. High recommend!

Parking can be difficult, but you find one, may take two laps. There is an unofficial free carpak across the road which seems to have spots if you look.

Room was more than adequate as a single traveller, safe & minibar/fridge came in useful. Staff were very friendly and helpful, cleaners always greeted you with a smile and a friendly "Hola" The rooftop swimming pools & sunbathing area were clean and not overcrowded. I stayed as Breakfast Only and the food was as to be expected, buffet style, I found the choice plentiful, some of the hot "English Style" items were a bit hit & miss, generally depending on what time you arrived, some items were only just warm, this obviously depended on the rotation. I did find that getting there early (starts at 7:30) was better as less busy and fewer queues at the toast and drinks machines. All in all it was a pleasant stay and good value for money and would recomend.

I can see what other people have found disconcerting regarding the glass walled bathroom but as a single occupant it didn't impact on me. Although only April, the room got warm at night so I had to have the air con on which was a bit noisy as well as the emergency light over the doorway was irritating as I prefer a darker environment for sleeping.

The AF Hotel is a nice property not far from the beach side of Puerto de la Cruz surrounded by restaurants and in front of the bus station. the views of the terrace are very nice and the pools are definitely the best this hotel has to offer. the price is completely fair ! all of the staff is super nice, kind and ready to help out.

the double beds were only to beds Singles brought together which means less space than normally you expect. breakfast time might be a bit rough and loud but there’s enough options for everyone.

recently renovated to high standard about one year ago hotel previously called Dania park, josa and all staff very helpful nothing to much trouble breakfast selection excellent as only stayed on bed and breakfast basis the great bonus was pool and bar area on roof I will definitely return and stay longer next time
