The apartment was very clean and the receptionists were very welcoming and help us even though they spoke very little English

Nothing , but we didn’t know the room didn’t have towels as we didn’t any with us .

Very clean, renovated 4 mths ago, and fully equipped. The reception staffs amr n omar were super helpfull. Despite the language barrier they made us feel very welcome with saudi coffee n dates n helped ordered our dinner n taxi to airport. We were there just for one nite to catch another connecting flight back to our home country. But we will come again if ever we needed a nearby airport hotel. Beware of the airport taxi which is a scam job .. he tried to cheat us with min charge of SAR 80 (when the meter says min charge SAR 30 n since it was only <7km from the airport it is only SAR 38 by the meter … which also included a 10min search of the place on googlemap by the roadside as the taxidriver claimed he cannot read arabic when i gave the address in both english n arabic). I refused to pay him sar 80 n haram the deal, so he went back to his meter n pumpup the charges to sar 47.75, my son settled it for sar 50 as i didn’t want to agree. Other than this unfortunate incident the stay was great n the people amr and omar were fantastic plus the 2 small boys practising their english 👍

It was a last minute booking for me and first time at this property. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very welcoming. The property very clean and good. The room was cozy and comfortable. We came in after a 10 hour road trip and felt relaxed immediately after settling in.
