The facility is okay and the ease to secure extension of stay. The receptionist is pleasant and ready to help. Unfortunately i did not ask for her name

The fact that there was no Aircondition to cool the apartment during this hot summer

The host was very communicative and helpful. Everything we needed was there and tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits appreciated. Spacious and well presented accommodation.

It was a little noisy but we expected this as it was centre of town, very convenient for Warner Brothers Studios and excellent Indian restaurant downstairs.

Really accessible for Harry Potter world. 8min drive in car. Cheap car park opposite. Really comfy beds. The water and biscuits on arrival were greatly appreciated

The code for key arrived after our arrival but that might have been my fault as I probably didn’t arrive properly on website

Convenient to our tour. Very clean and comfortable. Facilities were excellent

Road was a bit noisy and some car noise very early.

The apartment is lovely, the decor is welcoming & homely. The Indian restaurant downstairs was amazing! Location wise it’s perfect for what you need. The beds were super comfortable & the biscuits on arrival were a lovely touch.

The sofa was really uncomfortable, even to sit & watch tv, it’s quite small so your legs don’t have much room to hang over. There were 4 of us & someone had to sit on the floor as there wasn’t enough room for all of us to sit on the sofa & chair. There was someone’s Tshirt that they left behind & the bathroom towel was dirty, the floors were also dirty so seemed as though the cleaner hadn’t been. Location wise it’s good, however we stayed on a Saturday night & there were drunk people outside until 2-3am so we didn’t get much sleep (the air vents in the bedroom allow all sounds from outside) we kept checking the windows as it was so loud we thought there was a window open (not the owner of the property’s fault, can’t be helped)

less than 10 minutes walk to Watford north station. Comfortable property, excellent communication.
