Begun from the humble characterstics of the owner, Mister Umar, everthing I experienced during my time there, I would say that it was a very cool moments I really experienced.

The meekness of our brother Umar. The young man (Colling) who posses a satsfaying and accepting manner to the guests was extraordinary. Carol, the receptionist was also serving us in an avenue of professionalism. In the rest, the comfortability of the hous is verily undescribable. The rooms are clean and tranquil. The availability of water and electricity was sound good. WI-FI was flowing like the river water which flooding down to its gorge. So, without any exaggeration Travel Sanctuary is wonderful. It's nearness to central commerce area. Thanks you all and much love! 🙏😍

Das Apartment war sehr schön ruhig, die ganze Anlage sehr sicher. Wir haben dort ein paar Tage in Kampala genossen und viel Zeit auf unserer Terrasse verbracht. Technisch ist das Apartment sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein paar kleinere Ausstattungsgegenstände in der Küche fehlten uns, wurden aber direkt besorgt, als wir dem Besitzer Bescheid gegeben haben. Der Besitzer hat sich im Vorfeld, während unserer Reise und danach sehr rührend gekümmert. Er stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, hatte viele gute Tipps und ist super sympathisch! Auch seine Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The manager even called to check how i was doing after i checked out. that was so touching Brendah. it was nice meeting the team. i left the airport and had a trip to Northern Uganda on Monday evening. my booking had been reported taken, so i quickly found out another. luckily, this was nearer and even on my exit route. Brenda welcomed me at the gate and i immediately felt and connected to the place. the place is new with an astonishing external beauty. i was in the house till 3pm, the young lady told me, dont worry about check out, i dont have another booking yet...the smiles, the love, the argue to help on anything were really fantastic. i toured the complex, these guys are even equipping a small boardroom to work from...i like the silence, lounge, the garden... big credit team. thank you, really appreciate. when in Kampala, this is the place to be. as simple as it looks, it seems to cater for everyone.
