매우 청결하고 수영장도 만족 스럽습니다. 혼또섬 케이블카 이용에 근접해 있고, 거리 깨끗하고 치안도 좋아요~~

3인 예약인데 킹사이즈 침대 한개는 좀 불편했습니다.(엑스트라 배드 추가요금) 상권이 아직 중부에 비해 활성화 되어 있지 않았습니다. 앞동과 뒤동 이동이 좀 불편합니다.

아쉬운점은 아침식사레스토랑에서 저녁을먹었지만 아침조식보다도못한 음식,맛,종류 그에비해 가격이너무비쌈 제일불만이었습니다 개선해주세요 이외나머지는 너무만족했습니다.

Dear Hotel Management Team, My husband and I were staying at your hotel for 5 nights. It was wonderful time we had together. Everything was on the perfect track. Breakfasts were super delicious, service staff was very helpful and really enjoyed the show on the Kiss Bridge which was provided to us as a gift from the hotel side. On out last day we decided to purchase a silky bath robe as a memory from this hotel. On the reception during the check out we asked to sell the robe to us. And young lady on reception said that it is OK to purchase this and even offered us a brand new from the stock. We were so glad and happy to get this! But it was such a disappointment to check it once we arrived to the airport that she put as completely old and teared robe.((( It was shorter like someone cut it before and all knits were hanging out of the robe!! I was so disappointed as it was quite expensive. Unfortunately we could not get back to the hotel as were about to leave the island. I do not know why that lady did that but it was very negative experience which covered all positive things there. ((( Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

WOW, amazing hotel! What a place, view! The staff is so wonderful! The breakfast is so WOW. Everything was WOW :)

Центральное расположение. Район очень прикольный . Шикарный видовой бассейн Инфинити!

Довольно странный дизайн номера. Большой 32 метровый номер разбит какими то коридорчиками и в результате спальня размером в 16 м. Неинтересно. Маленькие окна в номере. Поэтому sea view, который был обещан, был виден только, когда ты подходил к окну. Да и то, это вид не на море а на мост поцелуев, где проходит вечернее шоу. В отеле совершенно нет атмосферы, того что делает реальный пятизвездный отель таким привлекательным,

Great breakfast choice, sauna, beach access, great view for the firework

The processes are not yet working 100%. For example the breakfast was told to be until 10:30, but actually was until 9:30 that day. Also the signs in the hotel are not yet so well organised. Difficult to find some places. The hotel is still new. Overall I find it too expensive for what they offer.

Видимо людей мало, поэтому не работает пляжный бар, плюс на лежаках нет полотенец, пустовато.
