Nothing.

I didn’t like that the place was dirty upon check-in time. The place was not cleaned up after the previous 4th of July guests. There was a dirty laundry room full of dirty towels and a trash can full of dryer lint, dirty deck full of firework debris, trash everywhere. Living room had board game pieces thrown all over, dumpster outside was full of trash and with thrown beach chairs on the side, living room, kitchen and bedrooms full of opened soda cans, chips, water bottles, cinnabuns, Big Red & Dr. Pepper and a pizza box. 7 full bags of trash in the kitchens, both kitchen sinks full of dirty dishes, fridges full of food and dirty freezers, restrooms with thrown dirty towels, a used tampon, overflown restroom trash cans, hairs all over the shower drain, used and opened shampoo bottles all over the restroom, beds not made and bedroom floors with dirty linen. Safety hazard and damaged property that we found upon arrival are the following: Broken deck chairs, torn restroom door, unlocked upstairs entrance doors which is why one of my guest had to stay there the whole time for safety reasons, detached doorframe from upstairs door. This door could be locked from within but could easily be shoved and knocked down due to the detached nails. Broken house decor, a light and fan not working, some outlets not working, lamps without lightbulbs, upstairs back sliding door was jammed making it easy for anyone to break in, broken furniture & broken light dimmer. Access code for downstairs was incorrect so we never used the downstairs part of the condo causing my guest and I to sleep crammed upstairs. We had no access to the lights to the pool which caused one of my guest to fall at night. When I arrived and saw how dirty the place was I called and a local team was sent to clean but did not let me relocate as I requested. I had to wait until the cleaning team was done. I asked for a partial refund but all I was told was that it was going to be elevated.
