Was located close to family we were visiting

The thorns on the spiky hedge hanging over from the neighbours scratched my face as I got out of the car in the driveway. The towels were a little rough and we couldn’t use the chrome cast to screen our phones (3 different ones), even though we followed the instructions. We turned the fridge off as well as the spa because they were loud at night. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was lovely and warm with the heater on. Was nice having a spa during the winter

Good location, comfortable bed, good TV.

Bathroom door very awkward to close. had to pull bed away from the wall to be able to close the curtains and no headboard on the bed. The carpet needed a good hoovering. The toilet roll holder was on the bathroom door so when it's closed you have to stretch to reach the roll. The shower frame was yukky round the bottom edge. The bathroom extractor was really noisy so you had to turn the TV up if you wanted to carry on listening while the shower was being used. The walls needed repainting. But the worst thing was the very noisey spa pool pump/motor,there's no way you could have a relaxing spa bath without turning the pump off, and talking over it was a painful exercise.....defeating the reason for having it in the first place.....and paying for it. It also wakes you up in the night when the heater cycle kicks in and makes the pump run again.

Like the privacy except communication with owner was poor.

Private room good car parking. Really close to shops. Had a spa right outside your door. Comfy bed. They also supplied bottles of water. Highly recommend.

A private little room with everything you need. Jose and Esther were really accommodating. They send out clear instructions on how to check in & out without the hassle, and are there for any quries or requests. :) I definitely recommend this place and would love to come back if I find myself in Hamilton!
