Not very clean stain on bed and curtains all ready clothes in wardrobes pillows really flat shower smelled came home a day early because of it

Check in/out was easy and host was polite/friendly.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare but whether it was a weekend or not had anything to do with it and there being an event on nearby but the drive was full and so was the alternative parking so had to double park in the street. Rooms not very soundproof so could hear every footstep and creak above and conversation below very loudly and clearly, no bedside light so was the main light on or the pitch dark in the room. Mattress was very soft and sunk too much and pillows too thin but thats more a personal preference. Contacted the property to see what kitchen facilities were available before hand so knew what food could bring or be able to cook once there as listing said had kitchen facilities with no more info but didn’t get a response. While checking in though was told they had seen the message by which point I had already had to buy food and eat out before checking in as had no reply and didn’t want to go without or have to check in and go back in and out again esp with the parking being so scarce. There was a microwave, kettle and small fridge on the landing facility wise, and use of the kitchen downstairs.

Only thing good about this location was parking.

The accommodations are shared with the family who owns the home- which was NOT specified when booking. It felt very unclean.. I slept fully clothed on top of the blankets and wouldn’t sit on the toilet. Doors don’t lock, so full access to passports and personal belongings while you’re away (nothing we had was stolen). Also kept hearing some sort of device (that we couldn’t find) saying that power was low- so got very creepy vibes that something besides all of the outdoor cameras- could be watching us in our room. We were very thankful we only had one night stay here.

A savoir : La chambre est dans la maison du propriétaire, mais les espaces sont bien séparés ! Le 1er étage est uniquement pour les locataires Booking qui se partagent entre eux une salle de bain. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la chambre est propre, le lit est très confortable, le propriétaire est arrangeant, vraiment accueillant et sympathique ! Salle de bain spacieuse et propre. Nous avons à disposition un petit frigidaire et un micro-ondes ce qui était une bonne surprise ! Très bonne localisation, au calme mais proche du centre ville!

Everything Approach to me by the person i might was poor, mucked around with initial facility, no lock on room door. not told it was in a family residence. moved to another premises where the shared bathroom was appalling, dirty and with used bottles everywhere. down stairs toilet was dangerous, with broken light bulb, smashed sharp tiles. Kithechne had not been cleaned in some time, dining area was covered in dirty washing
