The houses were perfect for our family of 13. So much room to spread out and never felt on top of each other. The pool and the game room were the favorite activities for all the kids. The adults appreciated the amenities. Very high quality on all the touches. Really loved the Blackstone grills. We only went out one time and cooked the rest of the meals. Be prepared to drive 1/2 hour to get to activities.

Our family of 17 stayed here for 4 nights and had an amazing time! The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The pool and game room were a nice treat and was enjoyed by everyone young and old. The home is very well decorated and you can tell from the time you walk in that a lot of thought was put into the guest being comfortable. All of the beds and pull out couches were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. We highly recommend this home for anyone's family vacation!

We stayed here with our extended family of 22 people. There was so much space and room to move around. The small things provided by the host were top notch! Clean, comfortable, and the game room and pool were a great hit! Having multiple refrigerators/kitchens made it so much better. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Every year we plan a trip with 6 other families, so the house was very accommodating for 14 adults and 16 children, all under the age of 6. There was plenty to do on the property to keep us and the kids entertained. The pool was great, game room was fun and the playground also supplied some entertainment. Overall the house was very comfortable and will definitely consider it for a future trip!

Few hosts allow gatherings of people with over 50 attendees, but when you find one, definitely you have to take advantage of it and treat it as if it was your own. The host was beyond perfect. He let me stop by before my event we before and check out the place so I can plan my mother’s birthday her 60th.. The house is gorgeous extra clean and the host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I mean beyond perfect during the preview of the house he asked me what I thought about it And I gave him an honest answer. I only mentioned that grill was pretty small for events and the guy basically gave me a blank check and said go on Amazon and pick out anyone you want and I’ll buy it and set it up for you. I was not expecting this but this type of service that this man provided is definitely definitely above and beyond, and I appreciate him opening his home to our family. I definitely would have another event here actually, I have other family members that came to the party and have asked me who to contact for this home to rent for their event and I’m definitely recommending him to everyone in my family. Home and the cottage are the perfect combination, especially if you want to have your in-laws in it separate home lol. The pool was gorgeous and clean the lawn extra, and every lightbulb in the house was not blown. For those of you that think this may be pricey to rent this house. Yes, it cost me a bit much, but it worth it.

We recently stayed at Country Farm Estates in Cleveland, Georgia and it was an incredible experience. The house itself was so nice and incredibly decorated. It was very cozy and had all the amenities we could have asked for. Rob and Deb, the hosts, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They even a provided a bottle of wine! They were so friendly and accommodating and really made us feel at home. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Country Farm Estates to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Could not recommend more!
