This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Very clean and comfortable. Still smells new. The hotel and its surrounding entertainment and scenery is just all so beautiful. The staff was very kind but I would love to brag about Alexander who was at the front desk. He is the perfect example of quality customer service. It is so rare to come across his level of hospitality and his customer service alone is the reason I would love to come back. I seriously hope that his dedication to customer service is the standard for all the staff but if not I hope that his determination to exceed in excellence is noticed and credited. So that everyone will follow suit. He will definitely take this hotel to the next level! Thank you for making my stay a very comfortable and memorable one! I rate my stay a 10!

Friendly staff

The parking, parking was a nightmare, we had to park near main event and walk to our hotel. There is no parking reserved for guests only, so its a free for all . Epic central is very busy on the weekend so be prepared to circle the lot a few times.

Friendly staff, clean facilities. Breakfast was good, but the country gravy for biscuits and gravy was too watery, needs some sausage gravy in it...lol
