Staff was very informative and accommodating. The rooms and building were beautiful.

The a/c did not seem to stay on long enough to cool the room adequately

I didn't get to have breakfast. So, it really would have been nice to have had some coffee available in the lobby. Many competing hotels offer that, so I've come to expect it.

Check in was chaotic and slow, even at midnight. There was no coffee available in the lobby.

Staff I guess? But mostly the inefficient process at booking.com. I mistakenly chose 6/12!-6/13 called to change the date the hotel sent me back to booking.com sent change date to 6/13-6/14 via the booking.com app. I called to confirm and she told me she didn’t see the reservation. So we assumed it was cancelled and I set a reservation for 2 beds using my Hilton honors account. My reservation was never cancelled. Then my kids get there on6/13 are sent to the 6th floor to an occupied room ( dangerous! People can be dangerous) then back downstairs to another room with a king size bed, ( we didn’t ask for) to finally the room we paid for. My son is autistic and this was supposed to be a fun staycation since traveling is hard for him. This whole process and stay have been horrible

Clean and family friendly

Staff was great, soon as I walked in. I hate I didn’t get his name however the gentleman at the front desk was great, he even remembered my name the next day.

Pool was outside and closed.
