The breakfast was great, thanks for that. The rooms were very nice, comfortable and clean.

The staff was very stressed out and made some mistakes. The computer system was down when we arrived, we were asked to take a seat and wait. We chose to give them time to take care of the groups ahead of us so we went shopping for about an hour then came back to claim our rooms thinking they would be ready, they did not have them assigned sooooo we waited again (oh yeah by now it is 8:00 p.m.) We had asked for adjoining rooms when we booked we were told they did not have any in the hotel. That's fine but then put us in rooms with the doors together or across the hall, but they could not make that happen. The first room they gave us were 115 and 307???? really???? The elevators went down, the fire dept was called and there was water pouring out of the ceiling: no problem The part that really tipped the scales for us was when my daughter went to the front desk to ask about our rooms and was told "ONCE WE CHECK YOU IN OUR OBLIGATION TO YOU IS OVER"! Besides all this, this hotel is and will be great when they iron out the wrinkles!
