The property was clean but needs updating. The courtyard was cute

I am angry that I had to pay $60 more than I was quoted through Booking .com and the lady at the front desk couldn’t care less. I even had the confirmation for the stay with the total amount including taxes and fees and she said there is nothing she could do about it.

My room was never cleaned. When requested service to clean the room, we were told we had to schedule that with the front desk. So we did. The next day, they still did not clean the room. We were told they forget to put our request on the cleaning list. We had to go seeking clean towels every day we were there (Friday-Monday). Sunday afternoon while napping, the maid opened the door without knocking and immediately left when she realized I was there. The side entry/exit was never vacuumed. The trash on the carpet was very unsightly. I suggested they explain their cleaning policy to customers at check in or post it in the room. They did apologize for the lack of service and removed the charges for the last night.

Bfast was Basic not exceptional.

Cleanliness, staff knowledge and attitude, Linen was Worn-out Namely Towels and Bed sheets.

It was very nice and clean. I loved that they had full-size shampoo and conditioner and body wash. It’s the little things that make a big difference I felt like I was at a five star hotel.

They didn’t tell me there was breakfast in the morning when I checked in, so I missed out on that
