Just wasn’t a good feeling

I didn’t like the place at all

Room was ready on time.

The room had a significant cigarette smell. A lot of broken things in the room including the door security lock, up in the door. Made me feel unsecured. The TV was not clear at all, it was fuzzy about 75% of the time it was on. USB plug is up high, about 6ft above bed, nowhere to set your electronics near the plug.

The location was very good

Excellent service, quiet and restful sleep, and worth the price.

The room was a little small and the tv didn't work.

Easy access to all venues during my 4 day stay…Clean and friendly…

The bed was comfortable, the hotel is in overall good condition. A very basic breakfast is included, which is nice if you're on a budget, though it basically consists of bread and coffee.

They don't clean up your room, ever, unless you specifically ask for it. First night I thought it was just a mistake, or that the cleaning service wasn't available because it was a Sunday, but on the second day / third night we had run out of toilet paper and I asked front desk for my room to be cleaned. Next night I arrive to my room expecting to see the room cleaned and everything seemed tidied up except the toilet was still dirty, AKA they didn't CLEAN clean. What kind of hotel is that?! Also, the staff is not rude but I expected a little more friendliness. Whenever I said "good morning", "hello", or "thank you", they just stared at me like I'm a weirdo.

Price was decent. No charge for parking.

Blankets were like sand paper. Bath tub has the beginning of a dirt ring, it needed a good scrub. Breakfast was minimal. Incense shouldn't be burning in the lobby, some people are sensitive to strong odors.

Location and cleanliness

The front desk staff wasn’t people friendly! the breakfast was hard old beagles or muffins or cereal. No juice or milk coffee one day out of six.
