Rooms were large and accommodating with a little wall to separate bed from sofa bed. The location was nice with a few restaurants nearby. Nice area.

Did not like the front desk being in the same area as where breakfast is served. There were too many people in the way. The food was not good. Breakfast sandwiches were frozen in the middle and not enough options. Eggs were terrible and fake tasting. Had to wait 15 minutes for coffee, orange juice, and apple juice.

I liked the room and how it is maintained clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast and appreciate the abundant parking space.

It would have been a bit more brighter if there are proper lights in the room. The bathroom is pretty small.

The cleanliness of the room. Quick check in. I was satisfied with the direct TV offerings.

I wasn't aware that I would end up with a room that had no bathtub. (It was unclear on the website) Breakfast was non existent along with the staff. All of the plates were gone and I couldn't find anyone to give me one. I ended up leaving to get breakfast elsewhere.

* receptionst was very friendly * room was nice and clean * bed comfortable * coffee machine was a nice add-on * lots of parking space * variety of breakfast is good, I guess (see items for improvement) * some restaurants in walking distance * near to a shopping mall and O'hare airport All in all we had a great stay (only 1 night), but the breakfast was a fail - in all aspects (see items for improvement).

Admitted, we were a bit late for breakfast (approx. 20min before closure), but the cmbination of the following facts might not lead to a good memory: * personnel (2 pax seen) seemed not too motivated referring to their communication style, facial expression, the way (posture, speed) when doing work like floor cleaning, plate clearing , e.g., I have asked for plates as there were no more. I did not hear the first answer, but as the employee disappeared I have assumed the employee would get more plates. After couple of minutes, as there were still no more plates, I have asked again and was told that the plates are currently washed - I could take a cup for the oats and plastic cutleries instead. * selection of left food was nearly nothing (cooked oat meal, dry cereals, few sausages and scrambled eggs, 2 bananas, some cut fruit) what might be ok considering the time, but the taste has space for improvement: * egg tasted like rubber, no flavor at all * cut melons tasted like cucumber (used the same chopping board?) * banana was nice outside, mainly brown inside

Big enough clean, hot breakfast Good staffs with smile! I stayed 6 nights, cant wait for get back there. Two restaurants just around the hotel. I liked the stylish, always smiling and very kind guy, Malcom !!!
