The first room they gave me was already occupied. Hmmmm to my surprise. They gave me another room.. all good. It happens. The property is fine . But down town Reno needs to be cleaned up…. What happened to this place? The homeless are everywhere Seriously the mayor and city council needs to get involved with this issue ASAP

All four elevators from the parking garage to the hotel were out of service. We had to carry our bags up and down multiple flights of stairs to get to the hotel.

My bathroom had mold on the bottom in the shower and my pillow had a stain on it

At 10:00pm our smoke detector starting chirping... after my 3rd phone call, they said I could disconnect it and they would make a note of that???it took them until 11:05pm to get somebody up to our room. We had a 3:ooam checkout so we could not get rest. Turns out they had no batteries on site!., I asked if we could change rooms, Front Desk said yes, but we would have to come down to get the keys??? This would mean for us to get dressed and have to wait again for the elevator ride back up due to two of the elevators were out of order..It might not have been so bad if the smoke detector wasn't directly over the headboard..

The silver legacy was terrific, clean friendly and in the best location.

Upon arrival, I was charged a fee I was unaware of because I already paid for our 3 night stay. It did get given back to me at the end of our stay. But be prepared for that fee. The elevators were very fast, efficient, & clean. Check in & checkout were easy & fast. The hallway & room smelled like cigarettes even though it was nonsmoking, but it’s a casino so what did I expect? The bed was the worst part. Bring your own pillow if you can. But the mattress itself was squeaky & lumpy & overall uncomfortable. I left with a sore body just from sleeping on the bed. The lobby was nice & has a lil place to get food & drinks inside. Parking wasn’t horrible. It was hard to find parking in the evenings, but not impossible. I had to park on a different floor each night. I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was my only option. Like, it was fine. Not the best or worst, but fine.

Parking was easy, check in went great, we got two rooms next to each other, rooms and bathrooms were clean, bed and pillows were so comfortable, great location, walking distance to liquor stores, restaurants, other casinos. This casino had many food and beverage options, slots were fun. Had a band Saturday night. Felt safe.

Everything was good. We came to reno for our Anniversary and the Silver Legacy was a great choice. With so many different things to do between the 3 connected casinos, we barely left the hotel! Great weekend!!
