Nothing more to add at the moment, as my stay was excellent. I fully recommend to stay in this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

The shower was slow to drain and the TV and beds are extremely small, but overall the property is quaint and enjoyable

Conveniently located but not walkable. With a car it was easy to get to and from. Very nice overnight and nice to have a bistro in the same building.

This Hotel exceeded every expectation for our family. The front desk staff was kind, thoughtful and amazing! They answered every question and gave so many terrific recommendations. The bus is directly in front of the hotel. It’s a double-decker we rode it to and from Galway city every day with ease!

Lovely hotel and would stay again. Receptionist Catherine gave exceptional service when there was an issue with our room. She went above and beyond to sort this quickly and make sure we were happy. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and staff friendly and helpful

The residents bar should stay open later like almost every other Irish hotel. 2. Whoever selected the tapware in the bathrooms should have a rethink, the shower was impossible to figure out & the sink was almost completely unusable due to the massive intrusive single tap.
