The location of the hotel is amazing! Had all the amenities and hot breakfast in the morning. Well kept, clean, and economical.

There was no one at front office a time of checking, had to wait 30 mins before the attendant showed up. They have not returned the security deposit and I am not getting clear answers even after multiple follow ups

They didnt have my name on the reservation. I still got a room, so that was okay. The light by the bedside had outlets, but the outlets wouldnt hold a plug so they were useless. I just charged my phone across the room. The toilet didnt flush in the morning. Told the front desk about the lights outlets and the toilet. Came back and the lamp hadnt been touched but the toilet flushed. Next morning, no toilet flush.
The staff was friendly but it seemed more laid back than i was use to. Didnt seem like a professional enviroment, again they were friendly.
Overall i felt safe, it wasnt the worst place ive ever stayed, but for the amount of money i paid for two nights i would have expected more. If they had a big special price i might stay again for the convenience of distance to niagara falls. But otherwise i would choose a different hotel.

Firstly the location of this hotel is fabulous. Vanessa who checked us in was also lovely - very friendly and welcoming.
The room was big enough and practical but not plush - we didn’t expect that for the cost and actually found this good value for money.
Negatives - the room is not cleaned which we have found common on our road trip so not just specific to here.
The biggest negative was breakfast. It was appalling. The selection was terrible, the layout poor and when we asked for a knife the staff member told us they had run out!!! They had run out of plastic knives and made no attempt to remedy it.

We enjoyed our stay right outside of Niagara Falls on the US side. The hotel was literally steps from the park, so it was very convenient. We felt that the beds/sheets/pillows were more comfortable at this hotel than they were at the hotel that we stayed at on the Canadian side of the falls.

We arrived at 1 pm and they said they never have rooms before 3. Came back at 3. There computers were down and couldn't give any rooms. They were not accommodating. Then we stayed out till 5 trying to find things to do. When we got back there was only one person at the desk and a long long line. The guy at the desk was working hard. I have never experienced some thing like that. I picture of the comfort inn looks much better than it is. The room was ok but the halls were really warm. I was not impressed at all. The breakfasts were fine, typical hotel buffet. All in all I would not stay there again.

Very old property, needs extensive renovations. Room smells of urine. The only good thing about our stay was the front desk staff offering us free water late at night.

This is not acceptable. The poor girl on reception was put in a very tough situation having to explain to everyone that the rooms were not ready and could give no time frame as to when we would be able to enter our booked room. Several people asked to speak to a manager only to be told that nobody was available. Unsure if I would stay here again because of this situation we were put in.

Place is convenient for a short walk to the falls. It is a bit run down and showing its sign of age, but all in all an OK please to sleep when exploring the area

The room needs a deep clean.
Spider webs in corners, mature dust over bathroom ceiling fan, dust in corners, bathroom floor was kind of nasty. Stairwell kind of dirty too. 2 queen beds only had one night stand to share between two beds. The outer sleepers had no place to put their items.
Pros: Convenient location to visit Niagara Falls, $200 per week night in Sept 2024. Towels were clean.
