We booked a superior dbl and got a larger de luxe upon my request. Coffee and tea in the room is always nice. Great staff, always friendly and welcoming. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices.

I arrived at the hotel 11 AM. At the booking, I requested the early check-in and the hotel confirmed it had made the note. In fact, I had to wait over 5 hours even after hotel's regular check-in time, 3 PM. The time I checked in was 4:30 PM. Then, Sunday night, there was the event and laud bass noise bothered me until 1:30 PM. Then, on Thusday, no hot water. Throughout my stay, I had the issue of WiFi poor signal that made me impossible to plan a video conference from my room with my US colleague.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Actually, the best in Europe so far! The service is nothing short of amazing! Everyone, as in each member of the staff gives exceptional attention, care and goes beyond what is expected. From the valet to the front desk, housekeeping, and the waiters. Loved their breakfast too. They have vast selection to choose from and they tasted wonderful. Their fitness studio is a tad small but they have top of the range equipment (Technogym). I can not fault this hotel for anything. Special shout out to Julie, Amelie, especially Ilias of front desk. The perfect hosts of this 5-star hotel. Sorry if I forgot the names of the others as there's so many of them! Such wonderful people.
