No fridge, no microwave! Also there was a lady out on the balcony, screaming on the phone for at least 2 hrs Saturday night. Couldn’t sleep but other than that, pretty decent stay

The room itself was perfectly fine - clean and comfortable. I chose the hotel based on its closeness to the convention center. Downtown Memphis has a bad rep for safety, and this hotel’s answer to that is its rooms all being secured behind a fence. My only complaint was the non-working WiFi.

It wasn’t to bad, not for a short stay at least. Lots of patch work on the walls, I had cigarette burns in my blankets and the sheets and pillow cases were stained. There was also a clump of hair in the shower and it looked like hair from (down under). Kind of sketchy at night between the constant loud revving engines and what were definitely gun shots at some point.

Changed 3 rooms immediately after check-in. The first room was full of mold, the second room had air conditioning that didn't work and it smelled like dirt, and there were cockroaches in the third room. We immediately turned around and checked out.

Place smelled like bleach and other bad odors. Bathroom door is broken and doesn’t close. They have sheets instead of blankets. No coffee. All the cabinets are empty. Shower head is hanging. Looks like floor boards have mold. So horrible

Sweet time @ Motel 6!! The staff was accommodating and friendly, the room was a lot nicer than I thought it would be, above expectations. Clean, comfy w soft pillows and a great bed. The only issue was no plug for the bath and no hot water for the face basin, but these were just minor inconveniences, plus it’s close to downtown. Overall a great time and I extended my stay b/c of it. Good work everyone.

Like area because closer to the store and my job and hospital

The area the motel is in was maybe not tall safe but they have a security fence and it was really close to Beale St, we took an Uber to the night action and it was a very nice trip. Our room was on the ground level and was pretty clean but had a musty odor.

It was very quite and peaceful, no issues and was 10 minutes from everything

I went to check in the clerk was real nice but once I made it to my room I felt nasty.The room had dents in the door,the bed wasn’t fully made,Saw a few roaches n other dead bugs just felt nasty.I ask to be moved to a different room it was no better in the second room half clean tv had lines thru it and the cable didn’t work.I ask for a refund and took my money somewhere else.I definitely got bed bugs vibes from this place.It wasn’t like this bk then but now they let all those ppl who do drugs live out them so there run down.I do not recommend to anyone
