Nice Lobby with bar, but don’t expect to get good sleep. It’s in downtown Seattle and lots of police, fire truck, and emergency vehicle sirens sporadically throughout the night.

The hotel was absolutely stunning. Great interiors and tasteful details. I was really looking forward to our stay here. Unfortunately there were a few issue with cleanliness. Upon arriving to our room, there was a super sticky substance on the bathroom floor. I called the front desk, and housekeeping immediately came to clean it up. The next morning, I attempted to use the robe provided in the closet, but when I put it on, I found a brown substance on the chest and sleeve which was disturbing. This was right before checking out and I brought it to their attention upon check out. Cleanliness is a biggie for me. Other than these things, the hotel is wonderful. Staff are kind and welcoming. Bar staff have great hospitality. Overall environment was great.

Great location to walk to many attractions. One block from Light Rail stop. Very clean and comfortable with great amenities in the room. Fun lobby bar, great pool and hot tub.

The restaurant was trash. They didn’t give spoons with your soup (had to ask 3 times), no steak knives with your steak and the chef thinks people are idiots when he undercooks your steak- you complain only to have your steak sent back (still not cooked), but on a hot plate.

Stayed for a gaming convention and they were all so nice and welcoming. Only negative I could think of was there was no mini fridge in my room to keep the water they gave me cold, or soda/drinks I bought cold

I love everything. We were supposed to get our welcome wine or coffee but didn't bother to remind the staff in front as we were starving and tired from the long drive. Overall, the experience was great and we will come back next time.
