The staff on Friday eve was awful. They were rude during check in. And then late that night I called 3 times for bedding for sofa bed waiting almost an hour. I finally went to front desk to get them.When I got there at almost 11pm the same staff from earlier simply pulled them from a room next to front desk and pulled them on to me. They were not busy at all and one of them could have clearly taken the bedding up to my room. Was so unprofessional to say the least and certainly not customer service. Then they did not even tell housekeeping that I’d picked up my own bedding as that person came by 15 minutes later with bedding I no longer needed. Just a miserable experience. We are from Akron and come in once we year to visit our parents graves. We have stayed with you the past several years My sisters and I will no longer and will find another suites hotel. I will say that the restaurant waitress who waited on us during a surprise birthday celebration earlier on Friday eve was wonderful.

Beautiful area! Excellent property with nice amenities. Check in/ check out was very easy. Beds were comfortable.

Beautiful setting and well maintained. My only input would be it's probably time for a mattress change on the sleeper sofa and extra pillows and a blanket for the sleeper sofa would be nice. I would certainly recommend to others and come again.

Loved the suite! The bar was very nice with good drinks and appetizers. The beds were comfortable. There were many restaurants and shops nearby.

There are waterfalls ( Cuyahoga Falls) at the back of the facility. The area is accessible through the Rock Elevator.

The food was very unpleasant as was the service l, so my advice is to eat elsewhere so you enjoy your stay. There are restaurants with great ambiences just a few blocks down the street.

I was in town with my daughter so I booked a room that had a couch and a bed. My daughter was going to sleep on the couch but they left no blanket of sheet for the second person. We went down to the front desk and asked for an extra blanket or at least a sheet. They said they had none and ran out at 3am the night before. There was no bedding available for a paid guest! I have never heard of that. I complained at the front desk and they really could care less.

We loved this hotel! We had a 2 bedroom room with a balcony. Had no idea it was a 2 level room so it was nice we were able to spread out. Previous reviews mentioned the hotel being dirty and outdated. Not the case in our opinion! It may not be brand new and in pristine condition, but it is clean and well maintained. The staff everywhere was friendly and wonderful, the food at breakfast and dinner was really good, and the location was perfect. We wished we could have extended our stay another night, but will definitely stay again!!

The view from the hotel is beautiful but our room was run down and out of date. The only outlet in the bathroom did not work and was not repaired during our stay. The refrigerator in the room was leaking and was repaired during our stay. You are paying for the view not the quality of the room. Staff was friendly but will not stay there again.
