We enjoyed our time here and would stay again! Kids loved the pool. The rooms were very nice and clean. And I loved the way it smelled all through the lobby.

It says parking available. When we checked in it was 40 usd plus taxes etc for valet and 29 usd plus change to have it overnight and park yourself. These charges are for everyday you stay.
Bottles of water in your room cost 7.50 usd.
Like most resort hotels eating and drinking within the hotel comes at a cost compared with outside.
I know I’m being a bit picky but I was disappointed over those two charges.

We stay in summer and we have been a great stay. We dicide stay all the weekend in the hotel the pool is perfect but honestly the staff was the best part. Help with the towels, chair and services. The drinks awesome, the food delicious and excellent services. Recommended for all is excellent hotel.

A last minute stay always saw the resort when I was in Orlando really glad we finally had the chance too. What a great resort.

The room, service, and entertainment on property were spectacular. My wife and I had a staycation for our anniversary and we will never stay anywhere else in Orlando. We had dinner at the Venetian and they made our night extremely special with a hand written card, champagne toast, and special desert. We will absolutely be back to enjoy the resort with our kids.

Very service oriented. Great attention to detail among the staff. Very nice looking well appointed property broken out into multiple towers. Plenty of things to do on the grounds. Loved the way the room was appointed with a great walk in shower.

We evacuated here for hurricane Milton and the hotel did everything possible to make us feel safe while still providing dining options and excellent service. The king suite was spacious and furnished with many charging outlets and beautiful decor.

We were there because of mandatory evacuation from our home. It was not business or pleasure. Only place we could find. The Fees should have been waved!

Lovely hotel. Lots of things to do. Clean, spacious. Staff was attentive, friendly and always available. Suite was spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Hotel towers are quiet and clean. Daily room service, nightclub, arcade, full poolside bar with great food and cocktails, waterside, 2 hot tubs.. family friendly, live DJ on the weekends.. this hotel is amazing!.
